My dad lives in Bonita Springs and has been a client of Janet and her staff of nurses for three years now. Focus on Senior Care has made it possible for dad to continue to live independently in his own apartment and to provide the assurance for our family that his medical needs are being met. Because we live so far away--Maine and Montana-- we are unable to be there for his appointments and to check in as we would want to. They provide oversight of his medical care, attend his doctor appointments, manage his daily support, set up his medications...If ever there are any issues we should be aware of, they let us know right away. In a number of circumstances they have been able to detect medical problems at the onset of the illness or problem and enabled early interventions that were lifesaving. Additionally they have been strong advocate for dad when he has needed medical attention. They are knowledgeable, professional, discreet and absolutely wonderful to work with!

Janet Kunz is the Founder & Owner of Focus on Senior Care, LLC. She is an award honored Registered Nurse with over 30 years of active practice in Medical, Surgical, Hospice, palliative care, geriatrics, neurology, & Parkinson teaching & support group facilitation, home health & community education. She has been a professional member of Aging Life Care Association, Collier County Nurses, Allied Health member of the Collier Geriatric Physicians group & was a board member of Avow Hospice for two years. She is past VP of the Resident Council and past chair, 2013-2017 of the Health & Safety Committee at a CCRC in Bonita Springs, FL.
She is honored to have a talented staff of four RN's and one LPN in her Aging Life Care management company.
