I am sorry that things did not go as smoothly as desired for either of us. I know in the beginning there were many requests to change the schedule and we did our best to meet the requests. This was a new case that we took over from another company and it took us a bit to get settled in with the short and changing hours.

I understand and am sorry for the initial changes to personnel. That can sometimes happen with the one day a week cases as the caregivers are looking for additional hours. We also offer automatic deductions from a bank account a week after the invoice goes out which provides you time to review the invoice. Many of our clients do this to make life easy and stress free.

Thank you for the 4 star review. As to our sending invoices weekly, it is because we have many wonderful caregivers that all need to be paid more than once a month. We offer, and many of our clients take advantage of our ability to draw from your bank account or use a debit or credit card weekly to make it easier on you. We give the invoice a week to get to you so you can review it first. If there are no comments we can hit your account or credit card for the amount of the invoice. We also have the ability to take an assignment of benefits from the insurance company so they pay us directly. Please give me (Jay Kiley) a call at the office and we will do everything within our power to make your life easier.
