I am a past client of this provider

They got me things when I needed it. They filled the ice pack and did things I couldn't do for myself. They were very responsive. They also sent good caregivers.

I would like consistency with one reliable caregiver. They have a problem with finding caregivers because they leave. I want consistency.

Thank you for the four star review. I wish you had left your name so we could contact you and make things better. We do have a few customers who have requested shorter hours than our regular minimum. I worry less because of it. It gives me peace of mind. I'm two states away and don't have to worry. I like just about everything. The owner is very approachable. If there is an issue, he addresses it immediately. The gals really care. They will come back to him just to visit with him.

They can provide monthly statements. They can improve their billing procedures.

Thank you Maria. We have enjoyed working with your family for years. We have begun sending you monthly statements at your request. We also offer automatic deductions from a bank account a week after the invoice goes out which provides you time to review the invoice. Many of our clients do this to make life easy and stress free.

They are allowing us to have a life. My mom has someone in her home which allows her to stay there and enjoy her time. I appreciate that they have been committed to my mother and me from day one. They are like extended family to us.

I need to go to work so it is nice that I can leave her with the caregiver and know she is safe. They are very caring, punctual, and have been taking good care of my mother.

If I have somebody once and while that needs time off, they are good about replacing them. They could improve the timing of the billing because it's every week, and it's a lot of paper work. I have to get it to the insurance company to pay for it.

Thank you for the 4 star review. As to our sending invoices weekly, it is because we have many wonderful caregivers that all need to be paid more than once a month. We offer, and many of our clients take advantage of our ability to draw from your bank account or use a debit or credit card weekly to make it easier on you. We give the invoice a week to get to you so you can review it first. If there are no comments we can hit your account or credit card for the amount of the invoice. We also have the ability to take an assignment of benefits from the insurance company so they pay us directly. Please give me (Jay Kiley) a call at the office and we will do everything within our power to make your life easier.

They have just been efficient, attentive, and pleasant. That is the first thing that all of us noticed, how pleasant they all were. I don't have enough experience with all the aides. The communication could do better, we had a problem with getting a schedule so we knew who is coming, and they worked on it and it has become better.

Adding all those hours meant bringing in new caregivers to avoid overtime charges. We are glad it worked out and that all seems to be going well.
