They come every other week. They do a very good job. The one woman is very helpful. I like that they are very helpful. Some people only do what is necessary and leave. Some people ask if I need anything else and they do it the best they can.

Everyone that has been sent over has been doing a wonderful job. I do not know what they can do to make it easier. They can communicate with each better. I did not get my caregiver this morning and she will normally get me somewhere. It was kind of confusing.

We were confused when different people showed up all the time. A lot of people didn't show up. They need to be more consistent. They need to know how to fill out timesheets. They forgot to fill out the daily care notes.

My dad will be 97 and is still up walking in a senior home and so they have done a good job. They have good communication and they have hired good people that have been in the business awhile. They are good people and easy to talk to.

My loved one was nervous and was not happy with me leaving him with the caregiver. They sent someone that had some developmental delays. Another caregiver was wonderful, and we had no problem with her, but I would not recommend them.

We loved his caregiver. We miss him! He inspired my husband and got him to do things. My husband always responded to him, and he was always complimenting us. He was also very funny. He was a very good caregiver! I liked their ability to supply help when it was needed. I also liked the quality of people that came to our house to take care of my husband.

Whatever you say they should do for you, they will do. They are great because they are generous with what they do. They do the house cleaning part.
