I have a very high regard for the folks at LiveWell. When my mom had a stroke and we needed dependable and kind care for her 24/7, I was concerned that both the caregivers and the agency and office folks be kind, attentive and organized. From the time that we met with Nicole for the first time I knew that this was the right place to partner with our family.

Nicole responded to my very desperate phone call asking for a health aide to help me care for a 6'5' man, who had just arrived home from the hospital after knee replacement, He was totally bedridden, was very weak, very heavy and would need help for at least a couple weeks. I would need help moving the heavy equipment required for his rehab--both he and the equipment we much too heavy and awkward for me. She got us someone starting the next morning, and we could not have been more pleased with her choice for our situation, Damione. He is not only a very experienced caregiver, who has managed to get the patient to do everything the doctor and PT want him too, he is a very funny and sweet guy, who managed to bring laughter into a very difficult and depressing situation, but he manages to walk the line so he is never intrusive. he is a star, as is Nicole. I recommend them without reservation--they took a situation I thought I could ntohandle and give me and out patient the support we needed to see progress every day.

Livewell Private Care took very good care of my mother in law for 5 years until her passing early this year. The office team was able to send us several qualified candidates that we interviewed and found 3 good ones to cover day and night shift. Over the years we had different care givers and in the last 2 years maintained 2 caregivers. The care team helped our family during a difficult time. Nicole and her team at the office were professional, responded in a timely manner, were available on weekends and nights. The customer care was above reproach.

I tried two caregivers from Live Well Private Care, but it didn't work out. They were just mismatched and not well trained. This agency wasted my time. I told them that my mom has dogs, and they sent over people who hate dogs and didn't want to be near them. I had to come home from work to interview someone who hated dogs. There was another woman we tried for a day, and she left early without calling me. I don't think the office personnel is organized, either.

I had an excellent experience with Livewell when my husband was out of town for three weeks. I am 76 years old and previously my husband had only been gone for two or three days. In addition I have spinal stenosis which limits my walking.I got quite nervous about my husband being gone and Livewell provided caregivers for me both in the daytime and some nights. They were always on time and stayed for the amount of time agreed on. I was able to reach Livewell at any time I had a question. Thecare givers were sensitive and caring. I mainly had one care giver who made me feel more confidant and made suggestions to help me avoid problems when she wasn't around. For example she showed me a way to get in the car that avoided aggravating my back. She was sensitive to when I just wanted to be with someone and did not want to be having a conversation. Overall the livewell caregivers really helped me get through this difficult period.

Livewell is good with everything that they do. The people that they provide are terrific workers. They really pay attention to all things. I like their personality. There’s one man that I have now who I would gladly have as a son and his name is Aaron. He’s attentive and efficient. He always has a smile on his face. He’s always willing and ready to help.
