With my loved one specifically, they go out once a week to go take him to a community program. Without them, he would not be able to attend. I feel confident in them taking him out. They have all been fantastic and I don't worry if they are with him. I know that if there is a problem, they will give me a call. I love the care managers. The caregivers are trained and well qualified. They are able to handle problems in an efficient way. They are very nice, honest and tell me when they cannot manage something. They are open to my suggestions and try very hard to work around the structure of care that is needed. I think they are perfect.

We have them at my Mom's house. They help with light cleaning, they take her to the grocery store, and they help clean her dishes. The person right now gets along with my mom. I think it is key to find candidates that can work with elderly patients. I am not super familiar with it, but they give me candidates that come in and work for my mom. Some of them have been hit or miss. Some work better than others.

It is very good because otherwise it is just me taking care of her, and I can't be there every minute of everyday. Just helping take care of her things like baths and doing a little bit of cleaning. It's hard to say it depends on the caregiver they have sent us. They have been responsive if there is someone who can't make it they are good about finding someone.

I don't know if the caregiver is engaging my mother mentally and I don't feel that she is extremely excited to see my mom. I would like to see more flexibility in the time, rather than a four hours minimum. I would like to see more interaction between the manager and the client, not just the caregiver. I would like to see more engagement with the client manager and less with the caregiver.

They help me sort mail. They are extremely trustworthy and reliable. They know my hearing disability. They take me out, and I am able to walk outside with them. On the days I have them, I need them very much. They are both good at what they do with me. They are extremely reliable and prompt. I am fortunate to have them so close by. I would recommend them if I knew more seniors. They are a local group. They have been pretty good with me.

I would like them to listen and do what we've asked them to. There is a special tea that I've asked them to make for her because of her cancer, and they haven't made it. We've been very disappointed in the portal because it doesn't really do anything. The caregivers just check off boxes that say the same thing as what we have in our home.
