It started out very nicely, but after a while it's taken for granted. They could give more training to their caregivers. I don't think enough attention is given to the very elderly. They send out good people but they aren't trained in very specific areas of managing the care they give.

I had a little bit of difficulty with someone that worked with my dad. At first we had someone, and then they quit. I did have problems with scheduling.
