I don't have them too often, but they check up on me. You can tell the caregivers care about their clients.

She is getting use to it she doesn't like particularly people in the house but she does need somebody for socialization. The first caretaker had time management issues with the scheduling.

I had not heard of in home care until my daughter, who lives out-of-state told me about it. She recommended Right at Home because they are a nationwide company and she knew about the location in her state. I called the office and they sent out a Registered Nurse that same day to talk to me about my needs. I was hesitant to have someone come into my home to care for me. She assured me that the caregivers are carefully screened and trained and all have experience caring for people. She also said the office staff, which includes several RNs, are available 24/7 if I ever have a problem. On the first visit, the RN came with my caregiver to introduce us and show her what to do. Now, I am so glad that I chose RAH. I have had the same caregiver every time and anytime that I call the office, they are responsive and professional.
