We have never been in this position before. She has been bedridden since February. If we didn't have Doves, we would have to hire a live-in caregiver or send her to a live-in hospice. They have done a really good job. I would like to have been sent the caregiving schedule earlier.

It's more for me than for her. It helps me be able to get out while she receives care. It depends on what we need. They are very good job and they do what we need them to do. They are good at fixing any problems.

She only came twice. I think it would have been fantastic for her. I was able to know that someone else was there with my dad since my mom was declining at the time. Knowing that she was going to be there put my mind at ease. I like the flexibility that was available. If I knew anyone that needed any kind of care they would work with whatever we had.

They would watch my wife while I was at work. My wife can be a bit hard to deal with and some of the caregivers were offended by her.

I couldn't get out of bed for 2 years so they got me out of bed and walking. There are some very in-experienced young girls who do not know what they are doing.

The CNA coming in will give her a shower twice a week. The equipment that they provide like the bath stool helps so she can have the shower. I really like the CNA and the nurses that I have had. I like that they are willing to talk to me and explain things to me and work with me.

They should do their job for the money they charge. Someone spent a few hours here and didn't finish the care plan. Then, they sent some inexperienced people.
