We're using Right at Home for my Dad. They're doing good. I would recommend them. What I like most is the caregivers. We use them every day for meal prep and companionship, and they'll sweep and do the dishes. There's a couple, especially one, you can tell that they genuinely care for my parent.

Mom broke her hip. Still needed help at home once she was discharged from the rehab. Brittany coordinated everything from the phone call to learn about her care and educate us on what they to the scheduling the home assessment for Valisa to come and do the home assessment. They both made us feel confident in the care my Mom would receive. I had concerns as Mom can be very “difficult”, and being in another state I, honestly, anticipated daily reports of how terrible her care was and how awful I was for having to leave, no matter how exceptional her care was. She has been beside herself with one good thing after another to say. Nothing could say more, and I didn’t even know services like this existed until we needed it. I want to mention one more thing, as I suspect this may be equally meaningful to others. From the moment Mom fell, through surgery, hospitalization, and rehab all focus was exactly where it belonged; on her, her care and recovery. After giving Brittany the details of Mom's ordeal, she asked a question that nearly melted me, "How are YOU doing through everything?" When care and compassion extend beyond the client/patient, you know you've found some very special people. Thank you for everything.

Right at Home has been a critical part of my Dad’s care as he has aged and declined. He is a veteran and they told us about benefits that would also help financially with his care. We are so thankful for Right at Home.

We're using Right at Home Montgomery Metro. They take care of my husband. Peggy comes here and we're happy and we have no complaints. We've been using them for about two years now. She comes in and stays with him for four-and-a-half hours, feeds him, bathes him, and dresses him. We're using them five days a week. She comes here every day and she's on time, and my husband likes her.

I cannot think of anything negative about the company, they do anything that I ask them to. They do what they are supposed to do and what I have asked them to do.

They spend time with her, they communicate and they keep her engaged when we are busy elsewhere. They have been extremely responsive and all of the girls they have sent us have been kind and caring.

The caregiver is just excellent. She comes in and does what my loved one will let her do for him, and she does anything else there is to be done without asking. I showed her the house and where everything was, and she just comes in and takes over. She fixes our breakfast and does anything without being told. I like that they came to us and interviewed us when we called. I told them what we needed, and they told us what they had before they brought anybody into our home.

They could have just done anything. She only gave me something to drink one time. She sat on her cell phone, and she was talking to her boyfriend.

It has been wonderful because I have needed them to help me, and they just met the need greatly. I think that just them being here and being available to come in is good. They seem to know what they are doing, and they go ahead and do what is needed. I like the caregivers that work for them.

Two of them came the day before to introduce themselves to see what I needed specifically, and then the one that came for me that morning came 20 minutes early to take me. They pretty much did everything I needed perfectly.

It was mostly to help me around the house. They sent someone to help me with shopping. It wasn't that helpful because the caregiver was young and expecting. I talked to the owner, and I really liked her.

They took care of him and all but one of them were very engaging and got him to respond, even though he did not know what was going on. I liked the fact that the ladies were compassionate, they were on time, they took time with him, and they tried to stimulate him.

We could not have been any happier with your company. The ladies you sent out were so sweet to our family. They immediately became part of our family. They were so good with my Daddy and they were so kind and caring that they stayed with us until he took his last breath. Amazing ladies! I'd recommend Right at Home to anyone. I am forever grateful!

Right at Home started in August when my mom came home. They’re doing a good job. I thought their management was more unique, very attentive to our needs, seemed to understand the problem really well and helped us resolve any issues that we had. I was coming with no knowledge at all, so they’re the ones who helped.
