Taking care of my mother had become a FT job!

I very recently moved my mother in with my husband and myself. I now realize that I've taken on a full time job! Prior to the decision to take care of her, I had planned on getting a full time paying job but realize that now that will be impale. She does give us money to pay for her utilities, food, etc. (Her insistence) But that still isn't nearly as much add I would be getting paid if I worked outside my home. She of course collects SS and has some savings of her own. She is on medicare and has Anthem Blue Cross. We live in New Hampshire. Is there any way to actually get paid for staying home full time to take care of her?
