Reaching out for help as the only cara giver

My mothers have AD for 6 yrs, and I have been with her 24/7 for aproximately 2 yrs. She is on " Very Severe stage"( #7) She can't walk, bathing, eating or make her higine by herself anymore... Lately she is refusing eating and taking her medication.. and sometimes she goes all day without eating. Nothing I say or do will make her eat, except when she is really hungry. I am on my my limite, I havent had a full night of sleep in one year or more...I constantly wake up to check on her, to see if she is up or wet layingin bed... All this is stressing me very much, and I am running out of patience, I burst in tears all the time and yell and sometimes wish i was dead, I thinK I am the one who needs help or some medication to keep me stable and strong...
