Hi Zara, Please visit the Caring.com Senior Care directory to read ratings and reviews for Alzheimer's care providers: https://www.caring.com/local/alzheimers-care-facilities The listings also include a way to contact the providers, so you can get information directly from the source about their pricing. After you interviewed, toured or hired providers, please add your reviews to the directory too, to help other families in their search for care: https://www.caring.com/review_submissions/new?utm_source=community

Another resource you may find helpful to you in caring for a loved one with Alzheimer's or dementia is Steps & Stages: https://www.caring.com/steps-stages/alzheimers This free resource includes a Custom Care Guide, weekly tips via email, and an online support group (Stage Group) where you can connect with others in similar situations and share about your experiences: https://www.caring.com/alzheimers-support

I hope these suggestions are helpful to you. Thanks for asking!

Yes I do and will tell you that I cannot in honesty recommend this Company at this point! Supposedly Corporate is working on things but Does dot seem to be concerned about the residents or a core group of fantastic staff. They keep adding residents to the facility when they are too short staffed already. I have brought concerns to Corporate and have yet to see resolutions!

We have a loved one at one of their facilities and we absolutely love the staff, the activities and the care that she has received. We are truly blessed to have found a place that cares for the whole person with dementia. Feels like home away from home!

At this time I would NOT recommend JEA. My Mother is in the Mason OH facility and I am currently trying to decide if I should move her! They just changed Adminstatiion Staff and this new group is worse than the last. They do not want any interaction with Family Members, they refuse to listen to concerns and Corporate is just as bad! The facility is beautiful, however the few good staff members left are dismissed, overworked & unappreciated. I do not even feel comfortable leaving my Mom there at times. We visit several times a week and are keeping an eye on things! It is so sad that I brought my Mom here to live her last journey and I feel I made a horrible mistake.

Do not admit your loved ones to any of these facilities. They take residents that do not belong in Assisted Living, then are understaffed to take care of all residents. JEA just keeps bring new residents in no mater there level of care needed or their mental state. Resident that threaten others lives do not belong is these facilities. This is suppose to be a calming & caring facility, not a Psych Ward!
