A fellow caregiver asked...

I just found out my aunt has lung cancer. I'd like to make a donation in her honor. Is there a cancer foundation that you recommend?

Hello, That is a very generous gesture. If you'd like to make a donation to an organization focused on lung cancer, The Bonnie J. Addario Foundation is very active: http://www.lungcancerfoundation.org/contribute/.

If you'd like to donate to a cancer-fighting organization in general, I'd recommend The American Cancer Society: https://www.cancer.org/involved/donate/donateonlinenow/index.

Thank you, and good luck to your aunt.
