How can I get my wife to take showers?

My wife thinks she takes frequent showers, but doesn't. I shower everyday and have gone through a number of ways to get her to shower once or twice a week. Mark a day or two on your calendar, you shower first, shower with me, shower when I am in the bathroom, shower when I am not in the bathroom. My patience sometimes wears thin, but would appreciate any suggestions you or others can give me. Thank you, Ralph C
