copd

hello, I'm a 37 years old male. I have been working in a indian casino for the last 16 years. I have copd and sleep apnea and wake up weezing nightly even though im on every medication the doctors told me to try. I am also going to be on monthly allergy shots to help all though the docor is hopeful it will help. i have also asked for accomadations from my admin so that i dont have to be in the casino but they don't really help me out and i get sick for week every time. I've tried everything from reporting to my human resources and they dont have to adhere to ADA, due to sovereignty. They do make things hard for me purposely. What would my chances be of getting social security disablity benefits?
