I was wondering if it is possible for a person who is bi-polar to have passive-aggressive behavior also?

Yes! I am bipolar. Just being bipolar does not mean someone can not have 'normal' behaviors along with it.
Does this person go to counseling? This helps a lot. I am bipolar and my husband is passive aggressive, it gets fun at my home :) But with both in counseling it has been better.
