My sister is currently in this facility. We are currently planning on finding her a different facility to get the care she needs. She has had horrible interactions with staff except for very few. Services such as PT/OT, dialysis, and psychiatrist are contracted out. My sister has went without meds, unanswered call light. She needs assistance with bed pan as she cannot walk and states she "holds it" because she can't get anyone to help her. She has called the main number to be transferred to the floor she is on so she can ask for assistance. She will be moved as soon as possible.

This place is old fashion they don’t check your vitals and make sure you good or anything the rooms you can smell the piss and they cover it up with fabulouso you don’t smell no bleach it’s a pandemic why is it three people to a room unless they all covid or been vaxxed or the people who aren’t vaxxed they put them in a separate room. I’m so ready to go home I don’t know what to do I would suggest this place and definitely don’t let the hospital put you in here either.

If your family member needs a diaper plan on 1 to 3 hour wait times for changing? my room is freezing in the winter to the point my hands are constantly numb. NO HEAT no knobs on heater to turn it on. I've been here 6 months in that time I've had 2 showers and 3 bed baths. if you order out for food or have a family member, bring in groceries they will sit in that reception area until they decide to bring them up!!!!!!!!!!!! This wrong so wrong. anyway, your loved one could literally die before anyone comes to help them,

My mom was at The Grove at the Lake, and the whole thing was bad there. It is old with old fashioned stuff. Water was coming out of the heater. The CNAs and the physical therapy were excellent there, though. The staff wasn't all bad, but the majority of them were. There might have been two or three that were good, but the rest were just full of it. They need to update the heaters and the bathroom. It's filthy in the place. It's just old, old stuff in there. Some of the nurses needed to be retrained. You can't visit unless you call to make sure that that person is cleaned up. If the person is not cleaned up until 11:00 or 12:00 in the afternoon, that means something is wrong with that facility. My mom never got wiped up until 12:00 or 1:00 in the afternoon. My mom tried to live in here, but it wasn't worth it. My mom said they had bedbugs, although I've never seen the bedbugs. They never changed the sheets unless someone came up there. The sheets could be on a bed for two or three days, and they change it. They don't give you water. The water cans stay there forever, and they never change the water. They'd be like doing a game puzzle or game something, but not in there.

The facility were terrible, old beds, food is terrible. The food taste like it came from a frozen grocery store. The pitcher of water don't get changed for a couple day. furnace wet my clothes. The visitor sign in and the down stairs lady call up to warn the nurse so the resident can be cleaned up. If its 11:00am the resident should be cleaned up. Physical Therapy are the best , they need to go work somewhere else to show their good work. The secretary at front desk roll her eyes and she nosey, The social worker only care about the money, they don't care about the residents needs. The facility need to up date or tear down.old furniture, heaters,,chairs. The nurse are very nice, the cna is excellent.. The social worker and front desk get rid of them
