I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
My dad was at The Heights of Tomball for about 35 days. It was very nice. It’s a newer facility with larger rooms. Overall, the staff was good, and the rehab department there was excellent. The food seemed to be good. They did have activities there such as games and contests.

I visited this facility
I drove by The Heights of Tomball almost every day, and I watched it being built. It was brand new. I thought it was very nice compared to the rest of them. The staff that assisted me was very helpful, very courteous, answered all of my questions, and showed me actual room insides. She showed me some private and semi-private rooms. They were typical nursing home rooms, but they were new, nice, well decorated, and adequate. The cleanliness, the design, and the decor -- everything about it seemed to be nice as far as the facility goes.

I am a friend or relative of a resident
My mother-in-law has been in The Heights of Tomball for several months already. This facility is only 2 years old, and it's very nice and new, but they're not responsive. The care is not worth a dime. She would ring her bell 30 to 45 minutes before anybody could come. Every time we've been there, the buzzers are going off nonstop at the front desk. She has had one leg amputated, and she has fallen out of bed six times in two weeks because no one comes when she tries to go to the bathroom or get out of bed herself. They do not respond to your call buttons. With the wound care she has gotten, one girl came in and wrapped it long, the other girl wrapped it a different way, and the doctor came in and said no, this is the way it should be. They can't follow instructions, and we've done it for three days. For over three weeks, we've been trying to get her some help with dealing with it. We're still working on it; it's ridiculous.
