I visited this facility

Spring Lake Village was fantastic. My mother did not choose that place because she thought it was too big, and you have to pay a big sum of money up front. I wish she had gone there in spite of the cost. They're really not more expensive than anybody else, but you have to pay a lot of money up front. The apartments were beautiful, and there was a big exercise room, a meeting room, and a library. I visited it before COVID, so I don't know their condition now. It's a little far away from town. The dining area was very nice, and the food was good.

I'm at Spring Lake Village, and I like it very much. We've been evacuated because of the fires, and we're still not back in our place yet. It's excellent, and I'm very happy there. We can't do as much now because of the virus, but at normal times they have a lot of different activities. They've got excellent food, and we have to go pick it up and either eat in our rooms or areas that are outside.

I visited this facility

Spring Lake Village was very deluxe, beautifully made, well-maintained, and they just do everything first class. The library, the hobby rooms, the dining rooms, and the apartments are very pretty, big, fancy, and superior all around. They have Shuffleboard, Bridge, a pool hall, a swimming pool, and trips. The food was like hotel food.

Spring Lake Village will suck all the money they can out of your loved ones. My mother lives in assisted living as has to pay 20.00 per load for laundry. Plus it is difficult to determine if they are really doing the laundry as much as they claim to.

Spring Lake Village was very nice, and the rooms were excellent. It had a nice pool, movie theater, and performing arts center. It was extremely nice. It was like living in your own little town.

Spring Lake Village is very nice, but it has a huge entry fee. It was above our budget. The rooms were big, and a lot to choose from. They had a whole room for a pool table and a huge room for playing poker.

The staff is friendly and professional. They know what to do, they're really good and very caring. They have a lot of staff. The campus is huge, and it looks really nice. My mother really likes Spring Lake Village. It's like home -- not a facility. It's a nice place for her, and she really appreciates everything. The most important thing is the rooms are big, and there are only two in the room. They have bingo, and they do trips to the winery. She goes to church on Sundays, and they have a chaplain. There is no smell, it's clean, and I'm 100% satisfied.

I visited this facility

My experience with Spring Lake Village was fine, but it wasn't a very warm environment. The dining area was very fancy. It's all too fancy for my uncle. We didn't stay for very long, and they didn't show us any rooms. We toured the common facility, i.e., the library and the dining room. It was a buy-in place. It's very clean and very well kept.

After bi-lateral total knee replacement, moved to Spring Lake Village on Montgomery Drive for a few days of Physical and occupational therapy. Doing GREAT and I am local celebrity since none of the staff or others have ever dealt with a double at the same time. Cell phones DO NOT work there for some reason, but can take calls on the house phone. We are extremely pleased with the facility and very happy we chose this place. It is bright, cheerful, clean and friendly. All the staff is very attentive, pleasant, responsive and helpful. Food is excellent .

I live just a couple of blocks away from Spring Lake Village, so I know about it. It is great, but it is just really expensive, and the buy-in fee is outrageous. Everything about it is really nice, and you would want to be there, but it is just expensive. They have a nice indoor pool and a nice trail to walk on. They have just totally expanded, so all their units to live in are very modern and beautiful. They are small, but that is true of all retirement communities. The staff all seemed to be really friendly and nice.

We were able to look around at Spring Lake Village, and this facility is very nice, but you have to make a pretty good payment to start there, but when you leave, you don’t get any of it back. I think that is a disadvantage. Several of our church friends are there, and the place is very friendly. They have whole apartments that are brand new and lovely.

Spring Lake Village is a beautiful facility. The residents there seemed happy. My friends that went there for rehab also were all very satisfied with the facility. Their eating area and everything is very nice. They also have good facilities for exercise. They have a garden area where the residents can garden.

I have moved in to Spring Lake Village. I have a lovely cottage and I am very happy about it. I know that there are two different strings to pull in case I fall so I feel safe here. The facility is very pleasant and there are no high rise buildings. The staff are very friendly and they are always smiling. They also have several doctors and they offer a lot of activities for the residents. The food is very good. The only thing I don’t like is I have to park about a city block away and that area is not covered.

I needed to recuperate to get my strength back after being hospitalized. I had therapy while I was there. They prepare my food properly. I was there to mostly regain my strength. I was very weak and I had been falling and I had all kinds of problems. The facility is very clean and I would recommend it to anyone. The staff are very nice.Their food is very good. They give you a choice of the menu and it's the same chef that comes from the main dining room who cooks the food there.

This is a very nice continuous care facility. It's in a beautiful part of Santa Rosa, near Spring Lake. I could see living there if I could afford it. It's a village, really, a continuing care community, with all levels of care. And the staff is well trained. They're all very good and attentive to the needs of the residents. There's always a lot going on in terms of activities. There's a lot there to engage the residents. Everything is just top of the line. I highly recommend this place if one can afford it. It is quite expensive compared to other similar facilities.
