My mom was in Draper Rehabilitation and Care Center. Her diet was really specific after she had surgery, and the staff really had a hard time getting that figured out. We were really specific about what she needed at the beginning, but I think the care was good. And the physical and occupational therapy was good. But the dietician didn't really meet our needs very well. I would suggest for them to meet the dietary needs of their patients.

You will not find a more dedicated staff than the iat Draper Rehab. Each and every member of the staff gives 110 percent. I spent months here recovering from severe illness and injury. During this period i was also forced to endure many difficult personal life changes. The staff demonstrated a high level of love and compassion. They have become family to me. I have since moved but I love and miss each and everyone of them. I am grateful for the top notch care they have shown. Keep Up The Good Work!!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE! My relative would be better off at a high school nursing class. The staff is not responsive. Relative had requested “care” and after 4 hours we finally did their job for them. The food is horrendous and the tray/leftover food isn’t removed until the next meal. Beyond pathetic that this will be billing the insurance company.

My mom spent some time here. I am torn of how to rate the facility as she had some amazing help here and there were a couple of people who made all the difference, thank you Eileen. My mom had an accident and has was hospitalized for 3 months and needed rehab after the hospital stay and she was out of work, so no insurance. She still has 2yrs until she qualifies for medicare and we had to get her on medicaid. She has spent her life working and this is the kind of situation medicaid is designed for. She hasn't ever had to rely on any kind of govt assistance in her life, she has WORKED and put part of her paychecks into this sort of thing. From the beginning she was treated as a 'medicaid' patient. When she arrived she was put into a large room with a big TV and as she was settling in someone came in and told they put her in the wrong room and that they didn't know she was a medicaid case and was put into a much more basic room. Which is fine but they didn't have to throw in 'we didn't know you were on medicaid'. Over the course of her 3 three month stay there was one nurse in particular who consistently made it a point through snide and rude remarks to her about the facility not getting compensated for her care. My mom didn't complain for a while because she thought she would be targeted if she did. After she finally complained to HR, the nurse was talked to but she still 'tactfully' and with a smile treated my mom the same as before. It can't help the healing/rehabilitating process if you are being bullied by the people who are supposed to be helping you. Nurses are supposed to heal and help people and not care where funds are coming from.

Draper Rehabilitation and Care Ctr is an amazing rehab and care ctr. I am am Registered Nurse and CNA Instructor and knew what type of facility she needed to progress and heal from the major stroke she had suffered. After searching through several different care centers I came across Drapper Rehab and care Center. I found the place well taken care of and clean. There wasn't any distasteful smells or other problems when I took my own tour of the facility. The residents were well cared for and seemed happy with their environment. Since my Mother in Law's admittance she has progressed significantly. The staff is friendly and show great dedication and care when dealing with their patients. I'm very happy with the choice we made to place Mom at this facility while she continues to heal..

The current administrator over the Draper facility is the BEST of the best. He truly does care about every single patient staying there. 5+. The nursing staff for the most part was very good. Only concern would be the Catheter care. 4. Care crew was always very friendly and helpful when asked. Takeaway for them would to be more pro-active. Dump cath bag, fill water jug, check ice packs etc without having to be prompted. 4. Office staff very friendly and helpful. 5. Food for the most part was good. Small portions for some. 3. Having visited several family members over the years at other facilities, this place by far would be my first pick. Thanks to all for taking good care of my husband!
