This place is terrible short of staff . My Aunt pass and they call and left a voicemail. Three times my aunt was transfer to the hospital i didn't receive a call or location. The communication is terrible. I called the social worker multi time NEVER received the called back. The staff isn't friendly. Three times when my aunt went to the hospital they didn't secure her items her clothes and cell phone was taking. They stated to me they don't have a lost in found. Her items was always stolen. I will never tell anyone to go to the location. the absolutely worse.

If you want your relative or love one to make progress dont send them to facility. My loved one received the worst care while in facility and eventually was pronounced dead at nursing home. Patient received tremendous amout of bedsores throughout body and the care is horrible not enough staff and the social worker is the worst. No planning or treatment papers provided. Administration does not support families request and the patgient are not cared for properly. My suggestion if you want the best for your love one and hope to see them again with improvement DO NOT SEND THEM THERE HORROR SHOW. UNCLEAN , UNKEPT FACILITY , UNCARING PROFESSIONALS . FACILITY SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN IMMEDIATELY

My relative has been at the Nursing Home for over a year. We are very satisfied with the health care practice and support provided to patients in prolonged state of unconsciousness is the best in New York. The Administrative, nursing and healthcare staff maintain the center and patients in excellent clean conditions. They are kind, friendly, and caring with patients and their relatives. Fieldstone staff are well trained In HIPAA and COVID 19 compliance rules. I am impressed with the high level of healthcare quality exercised at Fieldstone Nursing Home before, during, and after The pandemic period. I was scared to send my mother to a nursing home but the place really made me comfortable. I know the staff really cares for her and she is very happy

Stay away from this place. It's understaffed, dirty & unhygienic. Bedridden patients are chanced twice a day, regardless of need. Medical care is sub par. Management is totally uncaring.

This is not a place for a dog. I can see after a year the place has not changed. Besides crumpled people in beds. The sinks have cracks, the heat in the rooms with ventilators are EXTREMELY hot! The place is under staffed. The owners do not respond to problems until the patient is transferred to a new facility.
