I stayed about 3 weeks for therapy. Staff was friendly. Therapy team was wonderful. The food was horrible, always cold and not edible. The social worker leaves a lot to be desired and has no clue how to do her job. I had to set up my own in home care because she couldn’t figure out who to call.

The place has bed bugs. Nurses dont give patients their meds on time if at all. Very under staffed at night. The upstairs smells so much like urine. Food is gross and cold. They charge 8,000 amonth. Leave residents in wheelchairs in urine all hours they get sores. Place should be shut down. State has been there 2 times in the past 2 months its so bad there.

i had my Mom there for therapy, The facility is a ghost town no one is around , everyone seems to go on break all together , my Mom was not getting all the hours in the day for therapy, , we never got any information on how my mom was doing, She went home still the same way she was place there she couldn't get much help there. The residents that were there I can say so friendly and kind, the food was soooo cold , the tator tots tasted like they were old, the food was not cook all the way as well. I hate to complain but it was a bad experience there. My Mom is a diabetic and the aids where giving her lemonade with sugar, Toast, grilled cheese and peanut butter sandwiches that my Mom's number where through the roof. Who does that, when we asked the manager she said she needed the educate the family on what she can eat. That when the end for us, we told her to educate your staff. We know what she can eat, your staff was feeding my mom that. It is like a half way house and no one care about people their.

I hope this review will make you stay away from this place! If you care for your love one as much as I do, I suggest you do t put them there! My mom is there for skilled, this was a bad choice ! The residents are mostly men in various ages! This more like a half way house! They all line up at the door closest to the dining to go outside to smoke every few hours! While I was talking with the nurse regarding my moms care a fight broke out in the dining room! Now let’s talk about the care! She’s there for skilled nursing, she gets 1 ot and 1 ot Monday thru Friday! Hardly enough to get them up and moving right! They don’t get them dress in the morning! Now let’s talk about the food! She’s a diabetic, her first meal was 2 slices of break a slice of cheese and a slice of ham! Along with a plate full of chips! My mom don’t eat cold ham and cheese for dinner! She’s 80 years old! They said have your family bring food to you because the food here sucks! All I can say is we are in the process of having her moved! This was the worse experience yet!

This place does not deserve a rating, my sister was there she has MS a caregiver broke her faults teeth and broke them on the table because my sister was not ready to eat with out them in her mouth so I guess she took them slammed them on the table and said now eat! My sister end up at the hospital and still is there because she had an operation due to not moving her. I would of went up there but she asked me not to :( Do not send your loved one there ever!!!!
