It is awful I have a relative there and visit there quite often, I would not put my worse enemy there. The staff totally ignores the patients and I have had to get their attention a number of times to assist the residents, as they call them, and it was for my relative it was for another patient--they act like they have blinders on. I also saw how they treat them in Therapy please don't get sick there, as they cannot do anything to help you they have to take you back upstairs and get a nurse, they do not try to call them and get them to come and assist with the issue or problem the patient is experiencing. Anybody who is foolish enough to put a family member there does not care for them, my cousin has no sisters or brothers or parents or husband or childrens, only cousins and a Goddaughter--there is never a person at nurses station to speak with it is ridiculous,

This place is topnotch. It truly is. The people are very professional. I go to church with mother every Sunday morning and I usually go by three times during the week. The room is immaculate, never dirty, never smells. Unfortunately she has dementia and she's hard of hearing but besides that, they try to give her as much as she can comprehend. They always work with her. I think I found one in a million to tell you the truth. I've heard so many nightmares of other places. I've been to where people don't take their job seriously and these people need a lot of care and continuous monitoring. Alaris is a hundred percent; I have no problem with this nursing home. They always have ample staff on hand. They have a nurse, a supervisor and technicians that are on the floor. There's literally I would say three to four aides at any point in time.

It is very good that we moved my mom to St. Mary's. The facility where she was before wasn't good to her. She was getting UTI and she wasn't being cleaned properly at that facility. Since we moved her here in St. Mary's, she cleared up and got better. What I like most about this center is that she doesn't have any health issues like infections or bedsores. Plus, her health is getting better. She is awake and alert, so obviously they take very good care of her there. However, they could improve on the number of their staff. They were too busy taking care of their patients that they can't spare a staff to take calls from families. Yesterday was my mom's birthday, and so we called her there. Unfortunately, they were too busy to let us talk to her on the phone. That was disappointing. Except for that one time, their staff has been great. Nevertheless, I think family is important too when you're in a nursing home. So they should always give access for communication between families and patients.

St. Mary's Life Center was a nice place. There didn't seem to be any problem, as far as I have seen. It's clean and the rooms were pleasant, but my friend always complained about the food.

I really did not like St. Mary's where my grandfather used to stay. The rooms were fine. Their customer relations and patient care should be improved.
