We had my 85 year old mother in Millcroft's short term rehab after being discharged from spending nearly 3 weeks in the hospital. She needed PT/OT in hopes of getting her back to living alone. The entire staff were so helpful, kind and knowledgeable it ended up being a very positive experience for both my mother and us. Their staff WORK hard at what they do and the results show. My thanks and appreciation go out to all the staff members. This was a great experience; THANK YOU ALL!!

The staff at Millcroft is friendly and highly accommodating. Very kind and supportive. The facility is gorgeous, well decorated, inviting and comfortable. The units are a perfect size. The food is excellent T with many choices. The food staff are warm, friendly and genuinely want you to feel nourished. I can’t say enough great things about Millcroft and I am so grateful for them.

We toured Millcroft Living. We like the fact that they provide meals and all the amenities that my parents would need. The staff were very friendly and helpful and answered all our questions. Some of the hallways were very narrow, so it was hard for my mother, who has a wheelchair. They have a salon and a courtyard. They have a lot of activities. They have like common meeting areas.

We're leaning towards Millcroft Living. From the ones we looked at so far, that was the best one. The feel of the place and the staff we talked to was better than in other places. The residents seemed to be in good spirits, and that's one of the main things. Also, the layout was just a little more homey-feeling. The staff who gave me the tour was very good. She was very personable, and she gave us a good tour. It's a fairly extensive tour; we got to see quite a bit. The rooms were clean, and the closets were big. They're fairly large; they're fairly good size rooms. The closets were big, and the bathroom was nice. They have happy hour, they have a movie night, and they have a shuttle bus where they go out and do things once in a while. There was a couple of bridge tables going. The surroundings were a very pleasant area; it's kind of a little bit more in the country.

Millcroft Living was nice. The lady who helped me was very pleasant, helpful, cordial, and informative. I saw the activities room that had movies, games, arts, and crafts. The rooms were very small. I'm just comparing it to where my mom is now, and it just didn't measure up to the same aesthetic of the place.

I have nothing but good things to say about Millcroft. The apartment was rather small, but the apartment was certainly larger and adequate. The building was newer, and although I didn't talk to a lot of the staff, they seemed very helpful, very efficient, and pleasant. The premises were actually lovely. They have a decent gym, a library, and they provide the meals. The lady mentioned that you had a choice of two meals for lunch and dinner. If neither one of them are suitable, there's a set menu that you can always choose from. Breakfast was like a self-serve buffet. As far as entertainment, they had a happy hour on Fridays. So, it seemed like something really, really nice.

I know Millcroft because I visited someone weekly there through church before Covid. I have been in their dining room and I have eaten there with the person I visited. Everything was very comfortable. Their independent room happened to be a 2-bedroom, and it was very spacious. The dining room was very elegant, and the food was nutritious and tasty. The staff was very nice.

Millcroft took very good care of my friend. We were very disappointed with the food. We told them my friend didn't like any kind of seafood, and yet she would continually be given tuna fish sandwiches for lunch. We also told them that she didn't like peas, but they'd still give her those on her dinner plate as well as split pea soup. They'd also give her canned fruit as opposed to fresh fruit for breakfast.
