We liked the tour that we had at Prestige Senior Living at Karcher Estates. It was great. Carla was the lady that we met with and we liked the customer service we got. The place appeared to be very clean. They have a beauty salon and exercise classes, and we observed residents playing crossword puzzles. We got a tour of one of the studio apartments and one of the one-bedroom apartments and they seemed to be nice.

I toured Prestige Senior Living at Karcher Estates. They have a library, an exercise room with some guidance from exercise directors, they have equipment there for exercising, a beauty shop, a greenhouse on the premises, which I was very interested in, card games, and puzzle tables on every floor. Anybody can put a puzzle up if they wish to. The room has a kitchen area, whether you get a one-bedroom or a two-bedroom. I haven't decided on that yet, but there was plenty of room for one or even two people. What I was excited about was the outdoor little patio area where you could go outside and have a table and sit and eat if you want to, or just have a cup of coffee, and it's screened as well so that you can leave a door open and get fresh air in, even if you stayed in your own house or apartment.

Prestige Senior Living at Karcher Estates was awesome. We got a nice tour from Carla. She showed us all the amenities. We were able to talk to some of the residents who were just ecstatic to be there. Everybody seems to love it. The rooms seemed spacious and entirely adequate. We had some other appointments for tours, and we decided not to go on those because we like them so well. We like everything about it. I think it's going to be perfect for my mother.

Prestige Senior Living at Karcher Estates provides an amazing level of care. The staff who toured us around was respected by the residents. Everytime she turned the corner, everybody was happy to see her and praised her. It seemed that way with all the other staff as well. They have exercise classes, bingo, outdoor activities, and little field trips to different places. She also said that at one time they had taken everybody down to Jackpot. The list just goes on and on. I was really impressed with it.

We went to Prestige Senior Living at Karcher Estates The facility there is older, but very well kept up, and the rooms are fairly large. There were several double room suites. Probably the nicest of any that we had seen in any of the other places, but it was two stories. The units were on the second floor and the first floor. The staff was very enthusiastic and bubbly. She did a nice job of showing us the units and describing their program. The food was excellent. We just had one lunch there, and that was good. They had computer areas, they had an exercise room with machines, and they also had a games room. It's very well supplied. The atmosphere was good. They were very attentive to the residents. As we were touring one suite, the resident fell and bumped her head and the person that was conducting the tour had someone there immediately to help. It was very expensive.

My parents will be moving into Karcher Estates. The tour was great. There was information that we were looking for, and it was clean. We chose it because it's close to home, so family and friends can come and see them. The staff was great answering questions. They have lots of activities. They play games and they do crafts, which my mother will be happy with because she likes to do that.

I was very impressed with Prestige Senior Living at Karcher Estates, especially with the woman I talked to. She was really good, and I was very impressed by her. She sells the place well. We only saw one room, but it was great, and I would have chosen this place for my husband if he was ready. It was an apartment type with a living room, a kitchen, and one bedroom. It's old but it's been kept up.

We had a great tour of Karcher Estates. We liked the gal that we talked to, Carla, she was great. It was a good experience. The available apartments were both clean and would be acceptable as far as our dad living there. They were nice, and Carla was very connected to all the residents that were out and about. Even though we were there to do the tour, she acknowledged each person, and if they came up to her, she took the time to speak to them and be friendly with them. That's a lot to me as far as the fact that they just were not invisible. She knew a lot about each one as far as what their likes were. So, that told us a lot. Their menu looked very substantial. They still have the plexiglass up on the tables and it looked like they had just two people per table right now. We were wanting our dad to have as much social stimulation as possible, and that could change. We realized that COVID has played a big part in that.

The staff of Karcher Estates was very friendly and were willing to go above just to show us everything. They explained it all very well, gave us copies of the menu, and gave us prices. They have movies, their own driver, weekly maintenance, and haircuts. They were really good about checking back too. In fact, the person called the other day to see if we had made any decisions or anything; it was really nice for her to do that. The facility was older, but I think they kept it up very nicely. She mentioned that there were several couples that have known each other for years that are all there together, and so that was kind of cool.

My father was in Karcher Estates for rehab, but because of Covid, I never got inside. We just talked to him through the window. He was happier there than at the other rehab he went to. I have no complaints whatsoever. They helped us afterwards with doctor appointments and physical therapists. They did all the footwork for me. They were doing a good job of what they're trained to do. He did not have any complaints about the food. One time we visited, they had a clown that came through and gave people little root beer floats, but they made it fun. He's in the rehab side, and it's all connected. They have the whole thing, memory care, rehab, and senior living. They have it all together.

Our visit at Karcher Estates was fine. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't the atmosphere that we wanted for my mom. It's an older building so there isn't much really that they can do, though they're doing the best they can when it comes to cleaning and stuff. We only met the administrator and didn't meet some of the staff. The part of the community that we saw was clean.

We went to Karcher Estates, and there was a gal there who had arranged for us to look at her home. She had an exterior opening door so we didn't have to go into the facility. We were accommodated extremely well. The room was very nice and much larger than some of the places I have seen in the past. Everything was very well kept. They offered a lot of activities, arts and crafts, a green house out in the courtyard, exercise activities, hair and nail appointments, religious activities, and transportation.

I am 83 years old, my wife passed away we were married 61 year. I am very happy here. The staff, my apartment, activities and the care I receive is outstanding. We are close to shopping, and everything we need We are one big family. I'm glad I selected Karcher Estates in Nampa,Idaho to live out the rest my life. Ed C.

Terrible care. They don’t seem to care in the least. All about the paycheck with this company. If you love them... keep looking for a place that will treat them with care, empathy, dignity, and respect. Karcher Estates embodies none of these attributes.

My experience touring Karcher Estates was very positive. The staff was friendly, informative, and it's a well-maintained community. The room they showed me was very adequate, clean and well-maintained. The food is very good, there are lots of choices and it's of decent quality. They told us that they have lots of social activities. Some of their amenities is a beauty salon, a little theater for showing movies, meeting rooms and everything you could desire.

We visited the independent and assisted living of Karcher Estates. It was beautiful. I did not think it would be a positive experience, but it ended up being 3,000 times better than what I thought. They did an absolutely fantastic job. There offer therapy, have a walking path, tours and outings for them, a pool hall, and the library there is absolutely fantastic. I like the way the residents greeted us. They were all very friendly. The facilities looked great. The laundry room was great.

My dad moved into the independent living of Karcher Estates. We were very happy with the facility at the time up until the last couple of years. He moved in to the assisted living wing, and it seemed like they were terribly understaffed. The staff that were there seemed overworked and stretched too far. Their level of care was very inadequate. The food was OK. In the last couple of years, it really went downhill and became shabby. There were torn carpets and the furnishings were looking very worn. My dad had a room with access to a courtyard but they let the grass die out there and hadn't kept up the landscaping in that area.

My Mother in-law is in the Rehab here, they are taking excellent care of her. The staff is very helpful and kind her.

When it is meal time, all the staff are taking people to the lunch room and no one is left to watch to see if anyone left in the rooms call for aide because if they do there is no one to go to the rooms to help.

HORRIBLE care....oxygen patients sitting with empty 5anks, medications given sporadically (if at all), facility seems EXTREMELY understaffed. Diets are Not followed ( low sodium or diabetic options are NOT available at all)

I visited Karcher Estates two months ago for my client. My experience there was very good. It was very well-organized and had all different levels of care, such as independent living, assisted living and a rehab. It was a very clean community. The staff and the people were very helpful. The convenience of this place was what impressed me most. It was a huge place, and they were willing to lead people in the right direction.

Right now, mom is in Karcher Estates, and as far as I know, she is happy with her care. Also, my dad has been over there as recommended by his doctor. When she fell ill taking care of him, she also went there for some rehab to be healthier. However, my father passed away and my mom is still over there, still trying to get stronger and better. Karcher Estates has very friendly staff. The nurses are really willing to help. It is a clean establishment. You don't smell any urine or any type of body filth. So, it is very clean and very friendly oriented, and I am very happy with it right now. I will recommend it to any family member that has to put their parents in some type of a home. However, they do not accept Medicaid.

What I experienced at Karcher Estates is a collaboration, camaraderie and team-work among their staff. Everyone there conveys genuine caring for the residents and family, and one feels immediately at ease because you know that you can trust your loved one will be cared for well. Great respect and dignity is given to each resident because of the diligence and hard work of all. The environment is supportive and welcoming and the rooms are always clean and the air smells fresh.
