I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
My mother is currently in Maineville SeniorLife Neighborhood. Her room right now, I'm very, very happy with it. We've been able to decorate it in our own way to make her more comfortable and they let us decorate it with her things from her home. The staff is friendly. Their long-term skilled nursing facility is very nice. I have not tried the food, but it seems like a well-balanced diet that they provide. They have people come in and they do occupational therapy, and speech therapy and she gets exercises. They walk her around with a walker. But there's kind of a staff shortage. They try their best, but there's not as much staff for the people that are there. But they provide good services. If they had more staff, I would give them a higher rating. The occupational therapists are wonderful.
