My wife was at this facility about a year ago. She was previously at St. Barnabas Hospital. She went there for care after being diagnosed with kidney cancer. We brought photos for her to have at her bedside. We got her a landline to use, and she had her cell phone. We couldn't see her for fourteen days because of covid. It was nearly impossible to get anyone to help her answer the phone despite many requests. The communication with the medical staff was very infrequent and inaccurate. When we saw her after two weeks, she was a different person. She was in coherent, dirty, unfed, and regressed. She obviously had a stroke, that they denied! We brought her home to die, with hospice. She passed away in our living room. They are a terrible facility. We were told by her oncologist that he would see her in two weeks, upon placing her there. Yet, we never saw her walk again! The photos that we sent could not be found for days, and when they were found, they were damaged.

My parent went into this facility for approx 1 month. The management , nurses and staff my Dad had were excellent! We highly recommend Inglemoor for its cleanliness, care and rehabilitation services. My Dad is enjoying the food too. The physical therapists are wonderful too. Highly recommended! Rooms are mostly double, but that is good, so the patient has someone to talk to instead of being lonely. There are a few different activities for rehab patients, like (pseudo)bowling, bingo & a gathering for the oldies. The gardens outside are very nice too.

My mom had an excellent experience at Inglemoor’s rehabilitation facility. The staff were dedicated, caring, and thoughtful, and did their best to make my mom feel comfortable during her 2 week stay. Inglemoor offered rigorous physical therapy, in clean facilities with knowledgeable and accommodating staff. Would recommend opting to get a single room. Everyone was wonderful – from the admissions director to the nurse practitioner, and all the physical therapists, occupational therapists, social workers, and aides that my mom interacted with. The food was surprisingly great, too!

My father, now deceased, stayed here for rehab, He hated it, The rooms are small and the majority are doubles. The food is mediocre. The therapy staff had very little patience with him and I had to ask to go into the room so he could participate in PT and OT. Otherwise they would just send him back to his room. While the physical plant is attractive that is superficial. When he had to go into longterm care he went elsewhere. i also do not understand why they have outside contractors coming in during a pandemic!

Horrible. Staff were not required to get a vaccine, although available to them resulting in one testing positive and infecting all the elderly patients including my 88 year old grandmother. Took 20 minutes minimum to get something as simple as Tylenol or a bed pan which you can imagine being the issue. They are now kicking her out since she has covid, even though they gave it to her. Also, the food is all incredibly salty which is terrible for a bunch of elderly people.

I am very worried about all the seniors in your facility knowing that as of last week you had 6 covid-19 cases; one of them being a nurse. With the amount of money you charge per month per senior I find it irresponsible that this has happened. With the amount of $$$ that comes in every month you should have come up with a much better plan regarding the bad situation with the covid-19. You went on lockdown but never thought about the employees...nurses, kitchen staff, maintenance staff, etc: they are still coming and going day in and day out. Of course the virus was going to make its way in that way. Why not use all that $$$$ you make and ask all the employees who was willing to stay in complete lockdown 24/7 and double or triple their pay? You have the money! Now my great-aunt is at risk because of your GREED! From the beginning it was noted that the seniors were the highest risk. But all you did was prohibit visitations from family and friends. NOT ENOUGH! Unfortunately it seems the same across the board for all senior facilities....but I never expected it from Inglemoor Rehabilitation Center. Shame on you. I pray and hope that no lives are lost because of this.

Excellent, professional service with a wonderfully courteous and helpful staff!!!!!! I like to commend your staff for their superior care of my husband. From day one we knew I made the right decision to have him admitted there for rehabilitation. The entire staff was well involved, knowledgeable and courteous. The staff that took of his personal hygiene, bathing, and shaving kudos to them, they did a fabulous job. My husband looked better and he felt better. The Therapists were great! They allowed us to observe him in action and were very thorough in explaining why he was doing various exercises and their goal for him. Their positive attitude got him involved, motivated and willing to participate in his therapy. The Social Worker AMY was very helpful in listening to my concerns and provided valuable information and assistance in completing necessary documents. Not once did I ever see or hear negativity that would have an adverse effect on any patient or visitor attitude, always positive. Even the therapist and aides and nurses that I did not work with, would always welcome me with a warm hello and casual conversation. The Receptionists were always smiling and cordial. Overall, if I had to do this again your facility would be my number one choice and yes I would recommend your services to others that need rehabilitation. My husband made a significant progress in therapy after 2 months of PT/OT.He has started to sit straight and stand up after a massive brain stroke. I thank you for having us over at your facility and making my experience a nice one. The warmth and friendliness and kindness of the entire staff toward him is an experience that I will never forget. It was such a pleasure to be there. Thank you, the service you provided superseded my expectations, absolutely fantastic! Most importantly, my husband was very pleased. My sincere thanks to the Amy ,Martha, Maggi, Lily , Antonio, Deepo , Zara, Dorothy, Chris, Vladimir and the entire nursing , aides and rehab staff.

This facility is presented as a great place,it's not Staff is rude and uncaring as with the other review I also had stomach problem and the kitchen would not adjust menu . It was either in your room or eat bad food in dining room. The only thing good about this place was the therapy staff. I also ended up in Saint Barnabas in the middle of the night with no personal belongings. When my family member went to get my stuff all squashed up in plastic garbage bag. The people from the private transport were scumbags and threw me in back of van and were laughing at me when I complained about them hurting me . Do your family members a favor and stay away from this place.
