I had a surgical procedure done on 01 04 2024 at the main Hospital in Pleasanton and was sent to The Vinyards medical center in Livermore ca which is a filthy bug infested facility which most of the staff could not speak or understand English. I do not recommend using this facility due to their unprofessional attitude. After being sent to The Vinyards and after three days I found that my car, home, mail keys and other items were missing. I immediately let the staff know of the missing items and was told they could not find any keys or other items that disappeared. I was forced to pay over $350 out of pocket to replace the keys that were missing. I've tried to contact the facility for 3 days to know their policy on reimbursement. I have not had a return call from any of the staff, only a text that they could not locate any of my missing items. I am in the process of getting my Atty and the AMA involved, that facility is nowhere as clean as the photos make it appear.

Mom is at The Vineyards Healthcare Center. She shares a room with two other women, so it's small and it's like a hospital situation. There's always something going on for the residents though. They have bingo, arts, and parties. The staff is very nice, too, and they're always available for you.

My mom was at The Vineyards Healthcare Center Livermore. It was acceptable. But I don't have anything to compare it to, so I would say it was good. The staff were nice and cooperative. They stay after hours sometimes. My mom was in her bed a lot. They were delivering her food to her, and doctors supervised and evaluated her. I don't recall how often she got evaluated but it was at least a couple of times a week. Her room seemed nice. It was pretty clean, and it smelled fine. Sometimes I would taste her food for her just to make sure it was not too salty or something like that, but we never had a full meal there. The people were nice. We had to go in during COVID, so we had to do a lot of requirements for COVID 19 testing and so forth. That was probably the worst part. But that would have been at any place, too. It was covered by Medicare.
