I just moved into The Watermark at Broadway Cityview. I love my apartment. I have a full-sized kitchen, a washer/dryer, and a bedroom. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had the evening meal and I had breakfast today, and they taste good. The dining area is nice and clean.

We went to The Watermark at Broadway Cityview. They have washers and dryers in the apartments. They have a year round pool, instead of a seasonal one. The Watermark is being refurbished right now, so it's difficult to see everything. I found them very personable. We're going back tomorrow, so we'll have more of an idea what they offered. The apartments were fine. We're looking into probably a two-bedroom apartment. We'll have one bedroom and one office. There was a washer dryer, a steel refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a garbage disposal. The staff was the moving coordinator, and she didn't exactly understand what she was doing.

My parents were at The Watermark at Broadway Cityview. We looked at their assisted living, and it was small, outdated, depressing, and it's really expensive, so it was a nonstarter. Their independent living side, I think, will be very nice once the renovations are completed. The footprint of the apartments is very nice and large. When my mom and dad moved in almost four years ago, it was a beautiful home, but it no longer is for them, that's why they needed to move. I would not recommend them right now. I would say, wait, let them get the renovations done, and then reevaluate. My parents were there in the independent living. There was a lot of deferred maintenance. The overall maintenance and upkeep of the place are lacking, which is why they're doing this major renovation. The food was awful. It was really bad. They have caregivers on staff, and those caregivers are the most amazing people on Earth. They truly are gems. They're fantastic individuals. They're great. The administrative staff was so-so. The caregivers are amazing, but the administrative staff is undergoing significant turnover. The two people I've met who are new have been good. But there's just a lot of people there that were very apathetic that had to leave. They have lots of activities. They have a pool, an in-house rehab, movies, and a church. My parents didn't engage with any of them, that's just not their style, but holistically, they had lots of activities.

Fixing overcharges and billing discrepancies is purposefully made extraordinarily difficult by nonresponsive business staff who refuse to answer the telephone, return messages, and reply to emails.

My husband was a patient during Covid restrictions. Was not able to see him - however had to meet him for a doctor's appointment. His nails were 2 inches long, filled with dirt, his beard had not been trimmed and he was dressed in dirty clothes. The doc and office staff wanted me to report his condition to the State. I am an RN and the nursing care was terrible - when I asked about his nails - was told by nursing staff 'we don't do nail care'. Needless to say I requested his immediate discharge brought him home only to have him pass away 30 hours later. This facility has owed me a refund of $2300 for 8 months - they don't respond to letters, emails or calls. Please if you care about your loved one -do NOT select this facility.

I liked this community. The people are friendly, there are things to do, and the food is good. I like my apartment. We have activities, meals, weekly housekeeping, and trash pickups on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. It's a gated community and there's somebody on duty most of the time.

Our experience visiting was very positive. It's a very inviting and beautiful facility. The apartments are very nice, and the lady who guided me was very helpful and detail oriented. We went there on a Saturday afternoon so there weren't a lot of people out and about. It's one of the nicest communities I have seen.

It is fabulous. It is a really nice place. I've been very happy with everything, from the food to the service. The dining area is very large, well lit, very clean, and the people that wait on you are very good and very friendly. I've enjoyed the food because there's a great variety and there are three entrees each day. Every Friday, there's happy hour and live entertainment. I live in a villa in the independent living portion and I've been very happy with it. I have cleaning service once a week, and I have my own kitchen, and washer and dryer.

We like this place more than anything else because it's close to our children and to shopping places. Everything here has been very good. The food is great, and the people are friendly. There are a lot of activities like poker and dominos. If we have any problem, they take care of it in no time at all. We are happy here.

We had lunch at the community, and we saw what we were looking for. . We were shown what they called the villa, which was an independent like townhouse. The staff was very welcoming; in fact, we went one day and looked without an appointment, and still they went out of their way to take us and show us without making us wait. They took us with their golf cards and took us to one of the villas, and she called someone so we can go into their apartments without extra notice; it was lovely. There’s a library, indoor swimming pool, and everything within the city, and Fort Worth has so much more to offer. They had trips to the symphony or Bethel, just downtown, or to one of the malls. They had lot of programs that were available to the residents who live there in the community building and classes. Everything you could possibly want was there. Both of these other places have transportation too, but it’s on a more limited choice of places. The staff was more than accommodating.

I visited twice. The residents looked very content and happy. They talked with one another, and you just had a feeling of well-being there. The rooms were extremely clean, and the one that I was looking at had a patio at the back. The rooms were smaller, but freshly painted and nice. They have different levels of care.

It is a very nice place. The staff were fine. The rooms were bigger and nicer compared to the other facility I've also visited. The dining room was nice. The facility is right near to the malls and not far from the hospitals. They have those golf carts that they take us around in, and I think it would be nice if they would put the wall-down curtains so if it's raining or cold, it would be easier to take people to show the houses.

It was a great facility and it was also very clean; however, I can't afford it. They did have a regular big house with apartments in it and they also have separate little houses. I want one of those separate little houses because I have a dog and it would have been just perfect for us. The staff was great! They're very friendly. Actually, everybody there was friendly. I know they have a lot of activities because I went to one of their meetings. They also have a lot of events. I would recommend this place to others.

It is the only facility that had a villa available. I needed a garage and it also had an indoor and outdoor pool. There are pools at other facilities but you wouldn't be able to use them in the winter. When the water gets a little cooler here, I walk all the way to the main building for my meals because I need the exercise. I love the meals, the dining room and the elegance of the place. It also has a library and church services for every religion. It's a really nice and classy place.

I liked the buildings in the complex. When I visited there, the staff were very informative and nice. The rooms were average in size. They had activities like exercise classes, bridge, swimming and many more. I would suggest they build more apartments outside. I would recommend this place to other people.

My parents used to be here. It's a five star place and is beyond the norm. They have everything you can imagine. You can grow into retirement living, assisted living, nursing or full scale nursing. They give you choices between condos and high rise bedrooms. It's a very, very high end place. My parents had their own chauffer and their own car while they were there. They have everything from cards on Wednesdays to Caribbean cruises. They cater to the retired active and they provide incredible opportunities to travel and have a little assistance along the way, which is very nice. My parents were very happy there and never wanted to leave and lived there until they passed away. It really has a five star rating.
