Signature Health Care of Elizabethtown is amazing. The staff and facility has been so wonderful to my mother in law ! The facility is so clean and she is wonderfully taken care of !!! We appreciate everyone there and how they have gone above and beyond to take care of her. I would recommend them highly !!!!

This facility is beautiful, the rooms are lovely and very home-like. The meals are nutritious and look appetizing. The staff is kind and courteous and treat the residents like family.

This is a beautiful place. The rooms are big and nice. The food is country style. Tonya in admissions was helpful from the tour she is able to answer all our questions. She even scheduled a meeting with our large family to answer all our questions. She gave us her cell phone number for later. We have been very pleased with the decison to place our dad here. The staff are.great. We truly love this place.

Our family has been very pleased with this facility. The staff members treat my loved one showing compassion and caring treatment. The therapy is great. The entire place is beautiful. Tonya in admissions treated us like family, making the process much easier. We would highly recommend to anyone. The rooms are nice, the grounds and courtyards are beautiful.

I have a family member in this facility. The staff care for the patients like they are family. My family member likes the meals served. The rooms are like a hotel. The entire facility is clean, doesn't smell like a nursing home. The office staff are wonderful. All questions are answered and they offer to schedule a conference to address any questions you may have. They therapy dept is amazing. I would recommend this facility above all others. It definitely lives up to any expectations. We feel like family since being here. Everyone is always busy and attentive. Not just a beautiful facility, a beautiful home for us. A 5 star recommendation from us! Love our Signature family.

Very,very disappointed. Screaming residents to where no one could sleep. Food was served late into the evening,medication was never given on time. The medicine she was on for years was never given to her until days after being at this facility. Beautiful place but the care is poor quality. I pray she never has to go back. Staff was never personable and she had to ask for her medications or she didn't receive them. I don't think she ever had a doctor check on her. Please do your research!

My mom is at Signature HealthCARE of Elizabethtown, and it's been good so far. It needs updating, but they are opening a new facility in November. Her room was fine. I like that they seem to be pretty hands-on. They do activities with the people, they seem to be caring, and they know what's going on with the patients. But I think it was extremely expensive.

The building is older but very clean. The staff was wonderful with mom and was able to get her walking again so she could return home. While mom was there she had her hair done and enjoyed arts and craft activities. If we ever need rehab again we will definately return to Signature of Elizabethtown.
