I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
My aunt spent the last five (5) years at Hancock Hall until her passing. I can't say enough about the staff and the nurses at the facility. My wife and I visited every week and there was never a time where my aunt had a complaint about the staff or her treatment. She even liked the food most of the time. Whenever there was an issue, a nurse would call me to discuss the issue. The true test of this caring facility was the last few days of her life. My wife and I spend 2 days with my aunt and the staff couldn't have been more caring and supportive. From the constant coming in to check on her (and us) to the sandwiches they brought us because we didn't want to leave, they were the most professional and loving people we could have ever wanted. Thank you to the staff and congratulations to the management for providing a clean and loving environment for my aunt to live her last years.

I visited this facility
We have multiple experiences with Hancock. I had rehab there about 1 year ago. My mother was a "guest' for several years and passed away in 2015 at 99 years. My mother-in-law spent several years at Hancock and passed away in 2009 at 92. So we have a long history. The facility is "first class". The level of attention to the "guest" is great. More importantly, over the years we always saw the "guests" treated with dignity. The facility was always very clean and we always saw staff treat "guests" and visitors with gentle respect.

I am a friend or relative of a resident
Mom is in a nursing home right now at Hancock Hall, and we are not happy with the facility as of the moment. She is the hospital right now because she fell. She didn’t have the bed alarm on, and they over medicated her. They are always short staffed. This was actually one of the best nursing homes around the area, so we are kind of sad about the incident. She broke her shoulder, and she's not able to feed herself because it was her right, and she can't walk at all.
