I visited this facility
We went to look at Glendale Place Nursing & Rehab Center. I liked the lady I talked with and who showed us around. Everything was very nice, clean, and organized. The facilities were what we were looking for my sister, as far as the rehabilitation. They showed me the whole facility, and it seems like they're very well equipped. The staff was very knowledgeable, patient in answering any questions we had, and very informative. I didn't see anything that was out of place. There were a lot of open spaces for people to gather. They have a cafeteria and a chapel. They showed us the private and semi-private rooms. It's like the size of a normal private room but only with two beds in it.

This place was deplorable. The care here was the worst I have ever seen. No activity, no physical therapy and was she was never bathed. Was always soaking wet when I arrived. If you love your family member do not leave them here.

Our mother went to Glendale years ago for rehab after a hospitalization. The Staff was attentive and therapy was wonderful! Glendale has a state of the art rehab room. The facility was updated and clean. Great salon! In recent years, Mom was diagnosed with dementia and we transitioned her back to Glendale dementia/Alzheimer's unit. Staff is great! Everyone is kind, patient, and understanding. The doctors and nurses make sure her level of medication is correct, and they call you with changes in meds, updates, or any health concerns. Very organized unit! The family chose to do Mom's laundry. She is clean, the room is clean, and there's no odor in the facility. The food looks & smells appetizing! She loves the salon! We are pleased with the care of Glendale, and the family atmosphere on Mom's unit!

My mother was at Glendale Place Nursing & Rehab Center. I wasn’t happy with them at all. The staff wasn’t very prompt and helpful like they should have been. It was clean, but the nurses weren’t doing what they should have been doing. They said they would address problems that we had at the care conference, but they didn’t. Their physical therapy program is very good; the location is convenient. Mom said the food was alright.

WHO WE ARE:
Glendale Place Nursing & Rehab Center has been serving seniors in the Greater Cincinnati, Ohio area for over 30 years. We are centrally located just off I-75 at the Glendale Milford Road exit and minutes from I-275. We are just 19 minutes from Mercy Fairfield Hospital and only 22 minutes from Jewish hospital for ease and convenience for family members. We are family-owned and operated by Caring Place Healthcare Group, which represents three generations of family members and over 50 years in senior living and skilled nursing facilities in Cincinnati and Dayton. Our owners are regularly in our community almost weekly to ensure our residents receive consistency in services and nothing but the best!
Our nursing home offers skilled nursing for long-term care, trained therapists for short-term rehabilitation, and a secure Memory Care unit. We recently remodeled the entire building making it modern and welcoming.
