I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
My dad was hospital dumped by Centralia Manor. The admitting person-Kim- has a power trip. She bad mouthed my family to Barnes Hospital saying that she did not want my father back because "his family was trouble". My mother is a retired nurse and she complained about the bed being too small and requested an extender that never happened-- dad's feet hung 6 inches off bed. (He's super tall 6"7"). Apparently, family members are frowned upon if they complain. Kim is unprofessional, the lady at Barnes was even shocked by her negative comments that were out of line and sounded personal. We don't even know her.

I am a friend or relative of a resident
My father was in Centralia Manor. The first time he was there it was OK, but the second time he was there, it was not so OK. The food and the coffee were always cold. He was not happy and was very dissatisfied the second time. The people were friendly, and the staff was pretty good to him. It wasn't really the staff; it was more about the food and they wouldn't let him get up and walk around, so he sat in his room all the time. He was very dissatisfied with that.

I am/was a resident of this facility
I was a patient on two differen6t occasions and found the facility well maintained. The staff was helpful, and caring. The adminitrative staff was reachable and availabe. The physical therapy personnel were professional as well as personable. Like any other work place, too much of a work load is put on employees
