My husband moved into Terrace View. He was here before for rehab, and there are many people that my family knows. He's doing as best as he can daily. The staff does a lot of work, but they do it well. He's eating now, and he eats just about everything. The place is good. They have things downstairs at least three times a week. They have something down there, whether it's a church thing or a musical thing, or a talking thing, or all kinds of things that they have.

As a temporary resident here I wish I were dead. There are good staff here, but they're up against the odds. They need to hire more people and pay their owner less. The dietary department regularly ignores patient requests and forgets to bring food. Thumbs up to the therapy staff at least.

My mother stayed at Terrace View for 3 weeks for rehab. It was nice. The people, the workers are supportive and they kept me updated, they always called. I did not visit because of Covid and it was a tall building, they couldn't bring her down to the lobby. The staff were nice. I've seen the building it's more of a hospital type. She had a private room and they had a kitchen in her unit, where the residents could go, like a cafeteria. I was just thinking because of how many floors it was so it was more like a hospital to me. It's not a hotel either but each person has their own room on that floor, on that side. They can come out to a shared entertainment area where they can watch TV and have dinner and lunch and breakfast. It was good, she enjoyed it.

please don't let the nice look of the place fool you,the staff only does what the have to and no more.when you first get into the place they are very friendly but when you start asking questions or when you want them to do their jobs they get real funny.if your not there all the time yes your loved one could stay wet you really need to be on top of these things. I see a lot of things while Im there and talk to a lot of people and I wish that I could say Im alone in this but Im not. the good things about this place is families who see each other seem to bond and form their own support group and that I nice, there is a women named lynn who does their activities and she goes really out of her way for the residents. And I do have to admit its kept clean housekeeping does their jobs

They sent her to Terrace View when they released her from the hospital. It’s brand new and it's beautiful. They provided her a very nice private room. It's a great place and the staff are very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.
