The rooms are run down, hallways are filthy. When makin calls I get no return calls. my brother is there and I am going to contact my State representative to insist on himself and someone to see the condition of this facility

I really didn't like anything about Princeton Place. They never returned my phone call to set up an appointment for a tour, so I had to come in on a walk-in basis. When I did, I had to wait like over close to an hour for someone to greet me and take the tour. Thus far, I never got a phone call back. I was mostly shown just the hallways. I wasn't shown a room, the nurse's station or anything like that. I didn't like it. I didn't like the attitude. It was not a good place to put anybody. It's really rundown, and it was filthy. It's just a walking street from where I live, so it would've been really nice if it was a really nice place, but it wasn't, and I wouldn't recommend it to anybody. The receptionist was pretty nice, but she really didn't know anything about tours. The staff member who toured me around said she was fairly new. When I asked a question, she kept going back to, "I don't know, I'm fairly new. I'm getting to know the place." It's like she really didn't want to answer the questions. She wasn't very helpful, but I'm gonna give her credit for seeing me that day. It's about a six-story high building. The minute you come in, you can tell it's very old. The structure, the hallway, the material and everything is very rundown. I didn't like the carpet. There was a lot of stains. It was not a good sight to see.

My stepfather was at Princeton Place. He was there for hospice care. That place was amazing. The staff was very nice. The quality of care was excellent. They took very good care of him. He had cardiovascular disease and a wound that wasn't healing on his foot. Every time we went there, they did such quality care taking care of his wound because he was bedridden. He was always clean, and it looked like he was always taken care of every time we went in there, and it didn't matter what time we went in there. He got excellent care there. It's worth checking out. They did have a community dining area. I've never eaten their food, but I've seen my stepfather's plates, which looked good. I've been there when they were changing from lunch to dinner where they shut the doors and they sanitize everything and then get everybody back in there. I was very, very impressed. It's an older facility and I only went down one corridor, and it's an older lobby area. You can tell it's older, but you can tell it has been cleaned. There was no urine smell or any smell of not being sanitized. It didn't matter what time you went in there, you could tell that cleaning was happening.

If I can give a ZER0, I would. This place is a disaster, no communication throughout the whole facility. No one knows what is going on. Everyone always has a different story, no one knows what’s actually going on. My grandfather was in this facility and didn’t get medication for 2 days that he takes everyday. The nurses are rude, no one wants to do their jobs. They sit there and do NOT watch the patients. They lied to the social workers that my grandfather is working with. DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!!

My father is at Princeton Place and it's a pretty nice place and you could tell that they care, and that's what matters to me. It's really nice and welcoming. The staff is really helpful and if you have questions that you ask, they have answers for you or they will all look for an answer for you.

Had my mother stay here for a bit while we could not support her, but had to immediately pull her out due to the lack of care and utter neglect. The staff are all terrible and dont care about their jobs nor the patients, it made me truly sad to see how all the other seniors were treated, i even witnessed a staff member yell at a patient over his meal and then take it away from him when they got angry, this place make me sick to my stomach, if you love someone please do not send them here.
