I visited this facility

Peachtree Creek Memory Care was very, very nice. There's a lot of room for seniors to walk around outside and inside. They have a large patio deck on the back with music playing out back and people out there just having a good time and having a lot of fun, The people are really easy to work with. The room is small, but there's enough room for a bed, a chest or drawer, a chair, and a nightstand. It's got a bathroom with a sink and toilet. They have an activities director from 9 to 6 and she stays involved with them and keeps activities going all day long. They have music out there. The building is very nice. It's like a square with four communities on each corner, and each community has rooms in it. Each one has a living room, dining room, kitchenette, and two showers. Everything's open, so they can wander around anywhere they want to go.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

Mom moved into Peachtree Creek Memory Care. What I like most about it is that I have not seen any worker who didn't go above and beyond their call of duty. They treat those people over there like they are kings and queens. It's a small place, but it seems good, and my mother hardly had any time. They were so good to her. We like her room, it's just a small room, but there's room for everything she needs. My mother has had nothing to say but good about their food. She says they're real good about giving them soft stuff which is good for the elderly, and even cutting it up for them. They make sure they drink enough. She has said a lot of good things about them.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

One of the hardest decisions a family will make is entrusting the care of a loved one to someone else. When my father could no longer be cared for at home, we chose Peachtree Creek. The staff cared for him with respect, dignity, tenderness and love. He became more social, participated in activities, and thrived. We visited often, and were treated as close family by every member of the staff. The meals are surprisingly varied and of the highest quality, with seasonal vegetables, and large servings. Residents have freedom to wander to their heart’s content, not just confined to a small locked-down area. The grounds are beautiful, accessible to residents, and every area is safe and secure for them. There isn’t a whiff of an “institutional” feeling, but very homelike, with sections of the facility divided into living room, dining room, kitchen and bedroom “pods”. It would be hard for me to imagine a better environment for him. My father recently passed away from complications of Alzheimer’s Disease, but our entire family will think of his stay at Peachtree Creek as a happy, loving experience, and we will forever be grateful to each and every member of the staff for their kindness, love and passion for their calling.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

Peachtree Creek is total memory care, and they're not as clean. My dad has had several falls there that he's never had before. It's a very large place, and the residents have a lot of freedom. My father is a walker, and he has a lot more room to go walk. I really like their huge outside courtyard. They have a pet therapy, and they have a cat, a dog, and chickens that live there, so that’s nice. I think they're just not as clean as I would like. The floors in the dining room are sticky, so my only complaint there is the cleanliness.

I am a friend or relative of a resident

My sister right now is in Peachtree Creek, and it’s really nice down there. The rooms were very nice and clean. I think they are concerned about the patient. They do have entertainment and a big room there. I haven’t eaten there, but the food looks good.

I visited this facility

My father was a resident of this wonderful facility. The facility director and medical director work extremely well together, both are compassionate about their roles and the residents in their care. The staff are very cordial and professionally trained to work with dementia/Alzheimer's individuals. The secured walking area is wonderful, it allowed my dad to maintain of level of independence that he really valued.

A Warm and Welcoming Atmosphere:

This helps our residents feel more comfortable and at ease when they move to a community. You’ll also find easy-to-navigate floor plans, areas where seniors can participate in everyday activities, and walls painted in cheerful, soothing colors.

A Secure Setting:

To help keep residents safe, many of our communities keep exterior doors secured 24 hours a day, and have doorbells at the entrances and exits to monitor who comes through the building. Many locations also feature enclosed courtyards so residents can explore the outdoors while remaining in the community.

Quality Services:

Your loved one deserves to experience a full life in a place where they are well taken care of. We provide services to help do just that. Our staff handles chores such as laundry and housekeeping, while providing support throughout the day, whether it’s during meals, taking medication, bathing, and more.

Person-Centered Care:

Because we’re all unique, we believe in providing quality care that caters to each individual resident. Sometimes that means using a different approach for one person than we would for another. It’s all with the goal of getting to know each resident for who they are and incorporating their individual needs and interests into their care plan.

Enriching Activities:

As a resident, your loved one will have a full social calendar that changes regularly. Our residents stay engaged with a gentle daily structure of planned activities to help them maintain their abilities and encourage the use of their current skills. Brain games, dancing, art classes, and music programs are just a few of the ways our residents enjoy their days.
