The Country Home for Seniors.....A Dementia Care Home

Located at 1095 Tabor Road Morris Plains, NJ 07950, the Home is just 2 miles south of Denville on Route 53 (Tabor Road in this area). Our staff consists of Certified Nursing Aides, Certified Home Health Aides, Certified Medication Aides, and a Registered Nurse, who are trained to care for and help those who are memory-impaired, regardless of dementia origin or severity. Our rates are ALL-INCLUSIVE of the services that we provide and do not increase due to the increasing needs of the resident as the dementia progresses.


Semi-private room rates (2 to a room) = $4,300/month. Private room rates = $4,800/month.

Services include:

  • Three meals daily, including snacks
    Medication Administration Management
    R.N. Health Monitoring (Nurse present 5 days a week and on-call when not)
    Recreational activities for the memory-impaired
    Geriatric physical exercises
    Round-the-Clock staffing and supervision
    Assistance with the Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, eating, walking,toileting
    Daily showers
    Incontinence Care
    Personal laundry and linen service and Housekeeping 7 days a week
    Pharmacy consultation
    Secured Environment (Wandering Prevention) i.e. window and door alarms, 4 foot high perimeter fence, keypad entry/exit devices on doors and gates, exterior surveillance cameras
    48KW (Whole House) Emergency Generator ensuring we are a stand-alone facility

  • Available Services provided by others (Where applicable within Medicare Guidelines):
    Psychiatric/Geriatric Nurse Practitioner (part of a Psychiatric Team) visits every other week for monitoring and intervention for those who are conservatively taking psychotic medications
    Visiting House Doctors (Primary Care Physicians for those who choose them) for health matters Visiting Physical Therapy Group Visiting Home Phlebotomy Group (Hospital-based)
    Visiting X-Ray Group
    Visiting Podiatrist (every other month schedule)
