Chapters Living of Little Rock looked very nice and clean. The lady we saw was friendly. It seemed very open, very friendly, and with lots of light. The two rooms they showed us were adequate and nice. It seems like there were not very many residents in the living area, so I'm not sure how full they are. They had a large dining room-living area that they could open up completely. They had several little seating areas where the residents or family could prepare a small meal or sit and eat. There was an outside courtyard. The lady who showed us around was very pleasant and very thorough. She answered all questions.

Chapters Living of Little Rock was very clean. Everyone was very friendly when we came in. They were setting up for group activities and getting ready for the opening party because it's a new place here in Little Rock. The rooms were very clean, and everything seemed to be great. I didn't have anything that I noticed in a bad way. The residents seemed to be happy, and the employees were happy. It was located in a good place, next to a nursing home community.

I was very impressed. It was a very homey setting. It did not look institutional. It was very open and roomy. The furnishings were very nice. They had three very nice patios. I was impressed with the facilities and what staff that I saw. They had a room for bingo, cards, and things like that. They had a chapel/movie theater, where they have worship services. They were showing a movie when I was there.

It is the one that we chose. My mom has been in there for two or three weeks now, and she loves it. It's a beautiful place. They have lots of activities. She says the food is really good, and everything's just really, really nice, so we're very pleased with it. Their rooms are very, very nice. We chose to use their furniture. It might not be brand new, but it looks like it. It's very nice, and it fits in there well. I just think she's going to be happy there. She seems to like it already. My mom goes down there any time to have any kind of entertainment, like a singer or music or anything like that. They do a thing where they help all of them paint their fingernails, and they play bingo. They play a lot of things like that. The facility is very nice, it's beautiful, and it's decorated really pretty.

The staff is attentive to residents' needs. I found them all to be professional and responsive to my concerns. The rooms are nice and well designed for my mother as she is mobility impaired. The activities are an important part of the enriched environment. I would not hesitate to recommend this facility for anybody's short list of communities.
