CountryHouse - Grand Island seems to be comfortable and fitting. They have a staff that is very good. My mother's room is nice and comfortable. The food is very good. They do bingo, go out for drives, and go to a golf course. They do a lot. The facility is very clean. Their maintenance man is always there and making sure things are done. Overall, it's a friendly and happy community.

My visit to CountryHouse - Grand Island is very good. The facility is very good and they put out the red carpet. They were very kind, the person who gave the tour met with me and went over everything. They give you a little welcome packet and it was very good. The staff members that I met there were awesome. They were updating their facilities, they were repainting it, it was very clean and the rooms were very spacious. You could call it home.

CountryHouse Grand Island was very nice. I visited with the director who was very nice and helpful. It was wonderful. It was cozy and caring. There were people doings lots of things so everybody seemed to be busy and purposeful. There was one caregiver there who was so kind to this man. He was very difficult to handle and seemed very upset, but the caregiver just had so much patience with him and just kept doing things that were calming him down. She just seemed to know the right things to do to make him more comfortable, which I think is important. The staff was amazing.

This place is amazing. Always some sort of activity with the residents who are treated more like family by the staff. They help with those things that are so important when mom has trouble or we aren't sure what to do. Feels like home. I did not realize how much music connects to people until I saw staff dance with residents at an event this afternoon. The singer got them involved with tambourine and had some singing with him. So fun and great to see them smiling and having fun. Can't say enough good things about this place. You have to experience it!

The compassion, love, respect, activities, one-on-one and overall care the residents get here is beyond anything that can be expected!! The rooms can be decorated to your taste and are very roomy. There is always something going on or activities to be going to but still have the easy going calmness that the residents desire.

The staff at Country House always made Gma feel like home. They were so compassionate and caring and always had her best interest at heart. Wonderful facility!

My husband has been in Country House Residences for a month now, and so far, it's great. His room is of a good size and very clean. They have different activities, including field trips.
