Expressions of Enumclaw

Expressions of Enumclaw has a very pleasant atmosphere and it is a very welcoming community. We met some of the residents and some of the employees, and everyone was friendly and cheerful. We were interested in the memory care. It's going to be full service. It's everything that a person would need in that situation. There was a nice outdoor area that the residents could use. There are barbershop and beauty shop facilities. They told us that they provide rides to medical outings for residents, to shopping, and so forth. I was very impressed. The staff welcomed us in. She answered all my questions. She was very helpful. My son and daughter-in-law accompanied me, and we're very happy with the answers, and all the information we received. If we had decided to place my husband in memory care at this time, we would have chosen that facility.

I considered having my mom go into Expressions because they had an opening. They had a big open dining room, which was very nice, and nice rooms. It is right behind the hospital in town, so it is in a good location. It is comparable to most other assisted living with three or four activities a day and a couple of choices for food.

We moved my mother into Expressions at Enumclaw two weeks ago. It's a great, clean place with a beautiful setting, great staff, lots of activities, and memory care. They have exercises and outings, too. She's a little picky, but she seems to like the food. I did like the fact that they are very careful to feed certain people certain things. It looked homemade and not like it came out of the box. They have different types of rooms there, and her room is very large. Every time I've been there, they were great. I've only seen the exercises, and the person doing it was great. I love the staff. We put her in this facility because my brother's wife's parents are in the same facility, it's close to my brother's house, and it's cheaper than any of the places referred to me.
