My husband moved into Brookdale Mount Vernon Drive two weeks ago. We chose it because it is small and close by. The price is reasonable compared to all the other places. It's still way too expensive, but we chose it for those reasons. The staff members are always very caring. If one of the residents has a problem, they will come alongside and be sympathetic, both in body language and in verbal interaction. My husband is very pleased with the food. He always says it's good. They have activities in the afternoons. They have a courtyard.

At Brookdale Mount Vernon Drive the room was really small and I didn't care for that. It was a little bit expensive. I saw residents doing activities, some were eating, some were mingling with their loved ones. The staff member was very nice and answered all our questions. Security was good. They had a dining room and a sitting area. Everything was nice.

What a beautiful building and wonderful staff. When I come to visit my grandmother, she is always with her friends participating in activities which brings joy to my heart to see her so happy and living her best life at the Brookdale Mtn Vernon Community. I truly appreciate Brookdale Mtn Vernon for everything they do for my grandmother and the care she is receiving. My grandmother has a beautiful view of the patio garden and the staff is always there for any needs that are needed. I would highly recommend you to move your family member into this community.

There is not a better memory care facility in the metro-Cleveland, TN area than Brookdale Mt Vernon Drive! From the moment that we toured the facility we felt like we were at home and the warmth of the caretakers and staff is exactly what we have been seeking for my mom. The courtyard was charming and mom has already made friends in the community with other residents as they participate in fun activities. Thank you Brookdale Mt Vernon Drive for being an answer to our prayers!

The Atmosphere makes you feel at home. The nurses and caregivers really care about the residents and their health and well-being. The activities are plentiful and varied and the food smells amazing.

What I liked about my tour at Brookdale Mount Vernon Drive was that it felt more like home than a facility. I met with the sales manager and director. Both of them were extremely nice and extremely helpful. They gave me some advice about some of the struggles that we've been having with my dad. They were just been super welcoming. Their activities director was there when I toured, and she was doing activities with the residents. They were all very engaged, and it was just nice to see. Then we had the assessment. They determined that my dad was going to be too much for that facility. The sales manager and the director both were phenomenal. They reached out and got me even more resources and more connections to help find placement for my dad. They went above and beyond.

The location of Brookdale Mount Vernon Drive was inconvenient for us. The staff members interacted with the residents. They introduced themselves to me, not even knowing if my mom was going to be there or not. They answered my questions if I had any questions. They were nice facilities. The rooms were a little bit older than what the other facility had. It looked clean. They had a hair salon slash physical therapy area, they kind of used it for both. There was a courtyard. They had an activities area, and then like a little gathering room in the dining room. The rooms were nice. It didn't have that nursing home feel to it. There was enough space, not too much space, but enough space that you could put furniture in it without everything being cramped up. The buildings were nice. I didn't get any yucky vibes when I walked up to it.

Brookdale at Mount Vernon Road used to be Clare Bridge. The staff was really good about helping me get the papers all fixed up for the VA. They came and took us over there. They showed us the place because I don't see well enough to drive. I had to place him in Brookdale because that one has memory care. I'd recommend them because I think they have really good staff. They seem to really care about the residents.

Claire Bridge is a combination of memory care and assisted living. They are a very nice facility. The staff is very caring, warm, and very helpful. They have activities throughout the day.

My husband's mother and dad had been in Clare Bridge, which is a dementia assisted living. They were there for five years, so we were there a lot. The staff was wonderful. They treated them just like they were babies. I was just very pleased, and it's like a special kind of caring for dementia patients. It was very positive. They had regular meals, and they had special diets for people who needed them. The last year or maybe longer, his mom needed to have her food pureed, and they did that and fed her. His mother died there. We stayed with her round the clock the last week of her life. The staff took care of her, and through the whole process, they were just very understanding and kind. I wouldn't hesitate at all to recommend them. They took them out to eat once a week. They took them to special functions. They had an exercise thing every morning. They had church services. They had different people come in and sing. They had a craft thing. One thing that really impressed me: they had a basket of baby clothes. They would fold those baby clothes and put them in the basket, and then they'd take them and mess them all up, and let somebody else do it. His mother loved to do it. It gave them something to do other than just sit there.

What an enchantingly warm cozy facility. The facility had the fire roaring and witnessed some of the residents enjoying Coffee and Tea by the fire. It was nice to see them simply relaxing and enjoying the fire. The staff was friendly and attentive to the residents as well as to any guest whom walk into the lobby. Staff was eager to help and answer any questions I had. The residents were happy, bright and alert. There are so many activities to do that they are not able to participate in all of them. There are shopping trips, Movies, Concerts, Plays and Religious services. On campus they offer Arts and Crafts, Exercise classes, Bingo which was going on during my visit and they were quite animated. I enjoyed watching how competitive Bingo could become. They were having a blast. The dining hall is nicely decorated and the smells coming out of there were intoxicating!!! The smells alone made me want to move in. The chef should be awarded on smell alone. I ate some of the Vegetarian Entree and it was excellent!!!! The residents said the food is wonderful and they were rushing to dinner when I was there. So I guess that is an excellent sign. This is more of a resort than an assisted living facility. These residents are on leisure time having the times of their lives. I was extremely impressed with this facility. The rooms are huge and beautifully decorated. I would place my loved one here. Worth your time and consideration to take a tour you will not be sorry.
