I can’t say enough about the Parkside Inn. My relative was treated with compassion, kindness and the best of care. The staff was caring and the owner Seema Is the very best; Always putting her patients and their families first. The facility and the rooms were clean and I would recommend the Parkside Inn to anyone who needed a place for care in Boynton Beach FL. Thank you for the care you gave to my family member.

My mother has moved into Parkside Inn. We love the facility and the people who run it. It really is all about the people who run it. We like it because it's just memory care, it's 38 beds and it's very small, so my mother gets personalized care. The place is clean. When you go in, it doesn't smell overly antiseptic like you're trying to mask something and it doesn't smell bad. The lady who runs it helped us immensely solve the problems and got things done for us. There was a day when my mother said the food was fine, and the other day, she said the food wasn't good. If you want lush gardens, a pool, spa treatment, and a movie theater, then this is not the facility for you, but if you want a comfortable and clean place, then it is. My mother is also participating in activities, which is nice. I was really happy to hear that as I wasn't sure if she would partake or not, but she has.

I chose Parkside Inn for my wife because it's convenient and close. The staff is very nice, they're OK. I like the convenience and price of the facility. The dining room provides convenience in food and they're very polite. It was very easy. And the value for the money is very good.

Visited this community a year ago and again last week. What a difference! Unfortunately I can not have my sig other live here as planned due to health concerns, but I would pick this place now vs. back when I first saw it. The ladies that greeting myself and my friend were terrific. The lady in the day area was singing and entertaining the live-in guests. I recommend!

My wife is currently in memory care at Parkside Inn. The staff is really nice, and it has been very good. If it hadn’t been recommended to me, I wouldn’t even go there because it’s not that well-kept outside. It is an older building and not modern, it is a one-story, but basically what the recommendation was the care that they give to patients, and that is important.

Parkside Inn is clean. It is fine. The staff members seem very nice. They take care of the people. I like it. I picked it for my mother. It’s not the Taj Mahal -- it is more of old Florida -- but the owner is on premise, and she is a nurse. I like that. Her husband does all the maintenance. It is not a corporate-type of deal, which I like. The rooms are fine. They’re nothing fancy though. They do some activities, but we are trying to increase my mother’s activities. On the whole, it’s a good caring place. It’s clean. They try to take care of the smell as much as possible. It’s very convenient.

I took a tour of this facility and recommend it highly. The director, Seema is also a nurse, and is the real deal. This place knows what it is doing, and it really impressed me. Their program and staff is very personal to each resident while helping them maintain their utmost dignity. The rooms are the best we have seen in South Florida and Seema has thought of everything! The only thing preventing us from placing my father there was the location as it was quite far for us to visit. High recommend it on EVERY LEVEL!

I placed someone in the facility recently and can say that the folks working at this facility are very kind, caring, and I have to say it is genuine. It's not a show. These people truly care. Even when you call, the service in unbelievable. Memory care isn't easy, and these guys do an amazing job.

I went to Parkside Inn, and this facility was a lovely facility. I The rooms are OK. I was impressed with the dining room. It was cheery. It was a pleasant-looking place.
