I visited this facility

Arietta is a very nice place with very nice staff. The apartments are spacious. I understand they built them as a condo and then turned them into senior living so that you get all the space that you would in the condominium. It's a rental. The staff member who took me around and showed me the whole deal was extremely nice. I had a very nice time, but they don't offer assisted living and all that other stuff that you may need. The staff were very nice to talk to, and they were very pleasant and very informal compared to some of the other places where you could feel the hard sell coming at you where they were trying to sell you. They only offer continental breakfast, and I like that because I don't want to go down to the dining rooms, and I'm very careful about my diet. I try to eat the right stuff, so it allows me more control over what I eat. And if you want something, there's a supermarket that you're able to walk to from there. I thought it was a great place. It is just you have no place to go in case you need more care. But for a place to live, it came out very high on my list.

Arietta has all individual condos that you rent. If you need help, you have to hire it. I liked this facility. The people were amazing. The only thing my husband pointed out was they told us that there are only eight employees in Arietta because it's all independent living. The person who showed us around, I could easily see her as being a personal friend. That's how friendly and helpful she was. There was a lot of community and camaraderie going on there and that's wonderful. They supply the refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. They had a courtyard. There was a lady out there reading when we went through. It was nice and clean.

Living at Arietta is amazing! Beautiful apartment. Maintenance staff is the absolute best. Our activities director has something going on constantly. If you get bored, it's your own fault. I feel like I have a new family here. Heated pool for exercise class., 2-3 other exercise options weekly, lots of card games, Bingo twice a week with good crows, Nice gym and a physical therapist available on site. Only complaint is size of 1-BR lanai and we are in building with street noise. No noise from neighbors at all. Hope to live here a long time.

Arietta was very nice. I met with the owner and went through the place. I was very impressed with it. It's on a very busy corner, but once you go in and close the door, you don't hear a sound outside. Darcy was outstanding. She was very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. The place was very clean. I looked at three different vacant apartments, and they were all nice. There's a full kitchen, a little laundry room, and everything that you need. There were also balconies. It's just that all of their apartments were carpeted, and it's not good for me.

We went to Arietta. It was a little more affordable. My mom really liked it. However, it was $1,700 a month, and my mom only has $1,300 Social Security. It was very nice. They offered a lot for the money. The apartments were nice in size. They seemed very friendly. A lot of the people that we saw coming in and out were saying hello. The staff was helpful in taking us around and answering our questions. Overall, we were very impressed by it, but it just comes down to the money. They offer continental breakfast every morning, and they have happy hours on Wednesdays. The staff said they had barbecues in the past. They had a Thanksgiving meal and that's all included in the rent. The facility was very nice.

At first glance all looks very nice, but the kitchen and the bathrooms are cheaply put together, and are always breaking down. One good thing is the height of the ceilings. The balcony is a fair size, but views are terrible, as is the noise. The guy in charge should not be in his job, he dislikes people and treats the elderly people as if they were fools. Of course he knows they are too old to move out. The owners are trying to fill up the apartments so they can sell and get out of the business. They price here is outrageous. They make promises that they do not keep. The food is not nutritious. don't believe a word they say.

I really liked this community. They don't have meals, just continental breakfast and a brunch on Sunday. The rooms were beautiful. The only thing I have against it was that they're on a very busy corner with a lot of traffic. They have a lot of activities, really good amenities, and all kinds of very good trips.

My visit was very pleasant. They had 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments which were very nice, and they also had a full kitchen. The staff were very nice and helpful, but they only serve breakfast. They have a pool, and the rental of the room includes all the utilities (which is a plus for me). Each room has its own washer and dryer, which is a nice feature.

My mom is staying here. It's nice and we like it. The facility is very well-kept, clean, looks new, and has lots of amenities. My mom is very hard to please, but she's very happy with her apartment. A continental breakfast is included every day, which she likes, and there's a Sunday brunch included in her rent, which she also really likes. If you don't feel like socializing, you can go get the meal to-go. They have just enough activities like Bingo and movies. She also has own washer and dryer in her unit (which is very important).

I liked this community and am impressed with it. It had a very comfortable and warm atmosphere. The girl who showed us around was very helpful. They re-do each apartment as you move in, including flooring and cabinets. They had a pool, a library, card games, and bingo.
