I visited this facility

Harmony at Victory Station had the one-bedroom that I wanted. One was a one-bedroom that was a little larger, and then one was a one-bedroom but smaller. That was like $3,300, and then there was one that was $3,600. It was on the first floor. I got two dogs, and they had a little slider door that you can walk out, and you can let your dogs go potty right there, or you can open up the gate and walk out and let them go potty (of course you pick it up by yourself). That's all I've seen. They didn't show me any of the dog parks or dog runs or anything like that. We just looked at the apartments. The person that gave me the tour was nice. She took me to the two rooms and she explained everything to me. I asked questions and she answered them just as well as she could do. She was a super lady. They had a beauty salon, a bar, and a pool table. They feed you once a day. I didn't really know what meal you'd get, but it would be one meal, and then you'd have to provide the other two. If you need a ride, they will take you wherever you want to go. Everybody was busy doing what they had to do, and it was nice and clean. If they could only just lower their price, I would move in.

I went to Harmony at Victory Station. It was wonderful. It would be the place I would go if I had to go somewhere. I liked the freedom that they gave you. It's more independent living, and that's what I wanted. I was looking for something more independent. It was beautiful as far as that goes. The staff seemed to be fine. I saw their menus, and their menus were very nice for what I would want. I don't eat a lot but they seem to be very nice. I think everything about it was wonderful. They had a lot of little restaurants inside, they had a little coffee thing inside, and they had happy hours in the afternoon. It was just a very nice place.

Harmony at Victory Station was beautiful. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the food was delicious. They got lunch for me. The property was clean, well kept, with no damages, landscaping was great, and the atmosphere was perfect. This place was exceptional. The apartment was very nicely laid out, roomy, and a good size. It had a television, it's cable ready, and it's got wi-fi. The bathroom was great for a senior that falls. It had a soft floor and a shower. Everything was made for somebody that has trouble with balance and that's what I was looking for. The dining area was like walking into a restaurant. You had your choice, the tables had flowers in the center and the food was served on China. It was nice and warm, and there was plenty of food. It had dessert and salads. I talked with a couple of the residents that live there and ate the meal, and they spoke kindly of it and said the meals are like this every day. It's wonderful. The cafeteria was set up like a restaurant. You don't feel like you're in a cafeteria. They had a little sports bar with drinks of any kind. It had a lot of tables you can sit and play cards and stuff or watch TV and jibber-jabber. They had rooms with jigsaw puzzles, they had two libraries, and they had a computer room with computers and printers. Anything that you needed like that was available to you. They had a theater and a room where you could go in and sit with everybody and have people over, and they had a TV in there. They had a great lobby when you walked in. Everything was just roomy, spacious, very well kept, and clean. You just couldn't ask for any better. They're even pet-friendly. The staff that accommodated me was exceptional, very friendly, courteous, and helpful. There weren't any complaints.

I toured Harmony at Victory Station in person. It was beautiful and friendly. The staff who accommodated me was very helpful. The rooms were large and very nice. They're private apartments. They have living rooms. It was basically like an apartment. The dining area was very nice and restaurant-style. It was fine dining. They told me about all of their amenities. They have a busy activities program, organization that would come in, and they have live entertainment. They offered an a la carte menu 24-hours a day. The facility was beautifully kept, and it was very nice. It looked more like a five-star resort. It was very luxurious.

Thank you for sharing your experience with others, Shannon!

I went to Harmony at Victory Station. It has a good variety of activities, and it's a nice facility. It seems like a good facility for assisted living. I know they had bingo, and they mentioned several other things. I think they show movies. It was a very attractive, very large facility. It was not quite as home-like as the other place. It seemed nice enough. One thing I like at Harmony was they had hanging call buttons that they would place beside the bed, as well as in the bathroom. They had a movie theater. They had a van to take residents to doctor's appointments. They had a library. They had rehab services, a cafe, and a lounge.

Harmony at Victory Station was wonderful. We liked everything about it. The gentleman who gave us the tour was very professional. I wouldn't call it a complaint, but we're accustomed to having a garage that we can keep our vehicle in. There were no places to park your car, except out in the open parking lots. So for me at our ages in our mid-70s with the joint issues, it would be difficult for me to walk the distance from the parking lot into the building elevator and up to our floor. The rooms were absolutely beautiful. Everything was perfectly clean to me. There were several ladies sitting there by the fireplace, talking, visiting, and just enjoying a conversation. They did give us a list of different activities. I especially liked the idea that we could (in advance), schedule rides to and from doctor's appointments and things like that. I also liked the idea that two meals were prepared for us a day. I loved it. It was really my first choice of all of them, in spite of the parking situation and some things like that; it just wasn't in my price range.

We went to Harmony at Victory Station in early October. It was very enjoyable. It's a lovely facility. It's a newer facility. The person that gave us the tour was very pleasant, and it was a very nice experience. The dining room was lovely. The residents also said that the food was very good. Their apartments were nice and spacious. I think they had carpeting in their living areas. It all seems very well maintained. One of the things we did like about that was that they had an outdoor walking path, and they also had a fenced area, kind of like a dog run area for people to let their pets run around.

Harmony at Victory Station was a beautiful place, but it's just too large for me and my wife. That's the one thing I did not like about it. It's just too big. The rooms in the memory care and everything about the place were very nice. I just felt like they were more catering to the elite. I didn't have a down-home feeling like we had at the other facility. The person who took me around was very nice though, answered any questions I had, and was very congenial. Then they had a courtyard and areas within the building that people could go out and relax in. They offered a lot.

I went to Harmony at Victory Station with my granddaughter. I met with the sales consultant. The very first thing I enjoyed was the cleanliness, and it was wide open with the sunshine. It was very, very welcoming. Everybody was very friendly. I even talked to some of the residents there, and they were very happy with the services and care that they were receiving. I was able to walk around, and they accepted me because I had a total hip replacement. I wanted to make sure that I was going to be able to get around because I can't walk very far without getting tired. I got to meet people, and the staff showed me all the amenities. It was a very, very comfortable feeling. I went into the apartments and to all of the amenity places. They had several things going on for the residents. You get three meals a day, and it's restaurant style. You get to pick what you want for the meals. There is a game room that included a pool table, a library, a wi-fi, computer room, a walkway outside, and a tunnel that crosses over the highway to get to the beach. There's a washer and dryer in every room, a full kitchen, a regular sized refrigerator, a stove, plenty of cabinet space, and a walk-in shower. The two-bedroom had two bathrooms, one connected to each of the bedroom. There's housekeeping every other day or once a week. You have your own parking space if you still drive. They also have their own little bus to take you to appointments or shopping. They also go on tours out of the city. They have a movie room with lounge chairs. Everything was very appealing. The food was awesome. You get a full breakfast. You get your choices of hot and cold things. The same thing with the lunch and the same thing with supper. If you choose not to eat in the dining room, you can always let them know you want to eat in your own apartment; they bring in your tray to you. They also accept pets. My dog was coming with me, unfortunately she died. Nobody would not like the place. It's that nice. Everybody and everything that a person would want is there. They even have a concierge there. The staff during the tour was very personable. That was his day-off, but he came in to give me the tour (which was on a Sunday). He explained and showed me everything thoroughly. Everywhere we went was clean. They had an exercise room and an art room.

I went on a tour at Harmony at Victory Station. It was awesome, and it was nice. My mother has dementia, so she would be on the memory care side. It was extremely spacious, and very well organized. They have a lot of activities planned to keep the residents busy and active, and that would be needed for dementia patients. The room that they showed me was nice, and it seemed very awesome. I really loved how they do the best buddy approach where a specific tech would be with my mom all day and even eat lunch with her in the dining room. It's just the cost. My dad pays out of pocket for my mothers' care at the facility that she is at right now. My dad can pay for it, but he is afraid that his money will run out before something happens to my mother. Unfortunately, it is just too expensive. The one who gave me the tour was great, he was very helpful, and answered all my questions. They were getting ready for lunch and it smelled delicious, but I didn't get to eat there.

I visited this facility

We visited Harmony at Victory Station. We did not like it because the memory care was separate from the assisted living. Also, they did not seem to have people that were far worse than what my brother has. We didn't feel it was a good fit. They had three cottages there, one for memory care and one for assisted living. The staff said that my brother would have to go to memory care because he has hallucinations from time to time. The staff was pleasant enough.

We really like Harmony at Victory Station. It's actually my husband's favorite. If he had to pick, that's where his parents would go to. He liked that once COVID is over the independent living and assisted living could be together. He likes that idea because his parents wouldn't feel so isolated. He liked the library and that they had a computer room that was very spacious and all the amenities that he thinks his parents would like. He knows them better than I do. The facility was really nice. You can tell it's been there, but it was nice and it's a large place. It was very clean. The staff was very nice. We came there earlier and the lady there missed our appointment. They were very apologetic and they were very concerned about our feelings. They were going to go and do a tour with us anyways. It was nice. I liked how they did that. There's opportunity for much more community interactions there. I like that they've got interactions with the independent living and the other care residents. They've also got a theater upstairs. It's just a bit better community wise/better than some of the smaller places.

Harmony at Victory Station is more like a hotel or business rather than a family setting. The staff was very nice; they were good. Their rooms were nice, but they were more like hotel rooms. Their dining areas were large and open, but their gathering areas were more like rooms on each floor. They weren't really family-like. They have TV or movie nights and a couple other activities. They're more isolated on each floor and it's not really open.

Harmony at Victory Station had several different levels. It's a 3-story building. They had exercise rooms, studio, and 1 and 2-bedroom apartments. They had quite a bit to offer. The staff who toured us did a very good job. It looked more like a high-end hotel. It seemed like a good place.

Harmony at Victory Station was too high priced, and the residents weren't as warm and friendly as the other places. The staff was great, and they had a lot of activities, but we wanted a smaller population number. Their meal was great, but the service was slow.

We were accommodated very well here. It was really nice. The room was beautiful, had good windows and nice lighting, and it's brand new. The staff who showed me around was very friendly. The dining room was very clean. They had the bus tours and they go out to eat or to the bar three nights a week, which my dad loves. The residents all loved it there, and it was very encouraging.

It was very nice, brand new, and well kept up. We had lunch there and the food was really good. There were lots of things to do and there was ample parking. Everyone seemed friendly. It looked like a really nice place to live. All the facilities were there, from independent living all the way through memory care. It was just a little bit out of our price range. It's going to be a little bit pricier if it's all-inclusive and has all the memory care and everything to start with, plus it's brand new.

I looked at the rooms here and they're larger than usual, but I'm not impressed with the fact that they're all very proud of their liquor nights or happy hours. That's three times a week, and they look forward to that. The rooms were nice and big, and the gentleman that showed it to me was very nice. Everything was fine. It was a little bit less expensive, and the people were all very happy there. I don't have any complaints about this community, it's all very nice. I just don't like the drinking three times a week. The amenities looked pretty much the same everywhere. Everybody was nice. We're allowed to have pets, and I noticed several people with little dog. They looked cute and comfortable.
