Watercrest at Mansfield was a nice-looking place. The positive thing about it was, I have a daughter in Joshua, one in Mansfield, and another one in Midlothian. So, that's maybe where I go because they are close to my daughters. It's just that they don't furnish you with dinners or lunches. They furnish breakfast every morning, but you have to buy the rest of them. They had nice rooms with a full kitchen, washer-dryer, walk-in shower, and a decent size bedroom. The person who gave me the tour was a nice lady. The dining area was also nice. They gave me a little furnished lunch, and it was excellent and good quality food. They got all kinds of activities too, like card games, workout rooms to go to, a barbershop, and a beauty shop.

We toured Watercrest at Mansfield for my wife and myself. The facility was nice. It was clean, and the rooms look good. The only thing that turned us off was they did not serve dinner. They only serve breakfast and lunch. They have a gym. They have activities, and they also had a pool. They have games, walking tours, and they go out in the community.

My tour at Watercrest at Mansfield was excellent, that's why we chose it. We loved the apartments, they were all granite countertops which is very nice. They have a lot of activities there and beautiful places to walk around the lake. It's just a very nice environment. They offer everything, they have bingo, happy hours on Fridays, people can sing and there's constantly something all the time. They offer different amounts of meals. Then when you go in for lunch, you just tell them and they mark it off for you. I went at Christmas the first time, and the place was decorated to the hilt. It was very nice, it has a beautiful theater room where they can go and watch movies, and they have a salon and a barber there. They also have a salt-water pool that has covers closed on the winter so they can still go in. There's also an activities room where they can do all kinds of arts and crafts a lot. They have an exercise room. When I went there they have this ball, and they were drumming on it which was cool, they were having a great time. All the residents I have randomly talked to have nothing but excellent things to say. We had a meal there, I would rate my food a 3, but my parents loved theirs.

I live at Watercrest for the past 6 years and have enjoyed myself with all the activities. The staff has always been accommodating to the needs of the residents. I would recommend our beautiful resort to anyone that is looking for a care free lifestyle. The bedroom are large enough to accommodate a king size bed with a walk in closet. Amenities are awesome, with a fitness center, salon and salt water pool ( heated year around) I you enjoy the afterhours activities such as dinner out, movies, gambling, symphony and so much more

This facility has been my mom's home for several years. It is a nice facility, but there Is a high turnover in management. Currently the management is unfriendly. Complaints are ignored or dismissed. If pressed the management may resort to dismissing or intimidating residents to get them to drop their concerns. The leases continue to increase annually at an already expensive facility. Parking spots are few. Paid parking options are the solution with rates that continue to rise as well. Repairs are done at the convenience of the management and they will enter the apartments without proper written notice. The dining option is expensive and food is average. Since this is an aging in place facility, there should be a consideration for seniors in terms of cost, right to contribute to the affairs of the facility by the residents, and in polite and respectful treatment of the residents.

I went to Watercrest at Mansfield with my daughter, my son, and my daughter-in-law, and we all loved it. It has everything that I need, and it is a very wonderful place. I have some friends who already live there. I can even get physical therapy there if I need it. The staff showed me 2 different apartments and the 1-bedroom that I was looking for. They have water exercise in the pool and other exercises like yoga. They also have a hair salon on the premises. They furnish the cable TV which is included in the month’s rent.

The Watercrest was quite nice. I just looked around. It was very convenient to my parents’ home. I went into the independent living area, which is what I was looking for for my mother. I did not go into the rooms, but I’ve seen their floor plans. It was quite nice and well maintained. Active seniors are able to live there and come and go as they please. It was a very friendly and very inviting, very attractive building that was much more attractive than some places.

I was very impressed with Watercrest at Mansfield. The dining area was really nice. I would prefer having larger rooms and a larger closet; I was not impressed at all with the closet space. The rooms were smaller than what I had expected. They served us a really good lunch. They had card games, dominoes, bingo, and an exercise room.

Watercrest at Mansfield was very expensive. The tour was nice, and the people were super-friendly. The food was okay. On a scale of 1 to 5, it was a 3. The dining area was spacious. It was pretty luxurious, well-kept, and wide open. They had a nice swimming pool, workout room, and dining area. They had different-sized apartments, and they were nice. The residents were very comfortable. They had pool tables and nice walking areas.

The rooms are Watercrest were pretty basic. The facility looked pretty nice, and I think the interactivity with the patients seemed to be high. They were playing some kind of game when I visited. They had them all in the dining room. There was just a double and a single room and a bathroom, but I would say they?re just basic. When I went there, it seemed pretty good. They can probably improve on the rooms.

My mom was at Watercrest at Mansfield for four years. The staff seemed nice. It was a big facility, but the rooms were small. She did like some of the food, but sometimes she did not like it. For the amount of money they paid, I think that they should have good food there. The facility was very clean and very nice. The inside and the outside were nice.

There are so many things that are nice here at Watercrest At Mansfield -- the management, the activities director, the activities themselves, physical activities, and the people that live here. We have a dog park, and we are in a beautiful location.

I thought the staff did a wonderful job of showing me around Watercrest and telling me all about the plans as well as showing me the different layout that they had available. They had everything you could possibly want there. They had a barber shop, a theatre, and a pool. I don’t remember what activities they had, but it seemed like they had something going on all the time. The place looked wonderful. To me it seemed like a resort you go to on a vacation. It was very clean, it smelled nice, and the rooms were very nice. It was set up like a resort almost. I was really impressed with it to tell you the truth.
