Went for a tour yesterday- she assured me she would call me by end of day - heard nothing Left a voicemail that night - still no contact the following day. Unprofessional at best Except for a few 2 bedroom units - there are no bathtubs. Elevators are poorly placed causing many residents to have to walk a long way to get to their unit Parking is not close to the building entrance and none are assigned to the residents

The maintenance crew is top notch. The apartments are nice. But, NOT so much the front desk. They have either been told to be vague and unresponsive, or they do it because they just don't want to be helpful. The majority of the time you get... I'll let someone know; or I wasn't told (even tho you saw it written on that yellow pad that supposedly has everything documented); or YOU are given a phone number to contact help like it is the residents responsibliity; or they tell you the correct person has been notified. But you get the same response on the second and third complaint. Extremely frustrating to residents who are limited and fragile

My dad and I really liked Radcliffe Place. They set up lunch, gave us a tour, and we got to see the place. However, we can't get an agreement to move him in, and he couldn't afford to live there. It's like a 5-star place, and everything looked fairly new and updated. The staff was very helpful, considerate, and answered all our questions. The dining area was clean, nice, and the food was excellent. They had a game room, theater room, craft room, and salon.

Radcliffe was very good, and the environment was good. The staff was very cooperative, but they didn’t have any vacancy and asked me to contact them in December. They showed me the apartments, and the rooms were of good size.

We found Radcliffe Place for my mother and her husband. Very friendly and very nice staff, we really liked them. It is a one-bedroom with a small kitchenette, a nice wheelchair accessible shower, and heat but no air conditioning. Lots of activities, transportation is included, two meals a day, and the food is very good. It is very homey and comfortable, and the facilities look well cared for and new. It feels like a woodsy kind of setting even though it is accessible to all of the businesses that you need, transportation is quite adequate to medical and shopping, and a lot of good things included. They only have breakfast and dinner, and I think it would be nice if they have lunch and if where you had an emergency, you could press a button or something; they don't have that. Also, their staff leaves at either five or seven pm, and it would be nice if there were staff at night. But it is so nice and very affordable. They are property tax exempt if they offer a certain number of tiers of assistance, so they discount according to your income.

Radcliffe Place was for seniors who wanted independent living, but they provided two meals a day in their dining room. They provided trips. They had a van that would take people to various stores in the area or to doctor's appointments. They had an arts & crafts room and a big theater room for viewing movies. The rooms themselves were larger, and they had a choice of one or two bedrooms with a little kitchenette and a living room. I thought they had an exercise club, bible study, and people that played cards and games. There was quite the variety of things. They offered breakfast and dinner. Dinner hour was 4 to 5. I thought it would be better to offer lunch and dinner if a person wanted to sleep in and doesn't need to have breakfast because lunch was so early. I thought that would be better, but that was just my opinion. I thought it was very adequate.
