I visited this facility

I went to look at The Conservatory at Keller Town Center. The staff was very informative, knowledgeable, and sweet. It was a good tour. I thought the rooms were very nice, but they were a little bit small for what I was looking for. They gave me a little gift of muffins when I left, and they were good. They showed me all of the activity sheets, like some of the tours and things that they will be doing. I also saw the workout room, where they have movies, and the walking trails. I was happy with what I saw.

I was at The Conservatory at Keller Town Center. The community spaces were few and far between. The only thing they were doing with the activities was a lot of entertainment (no crafts), and games that were kind of cliquey. There's no staff involvement with activities. The staff was more interested in entertaining each other than entertaining the residents. They also have no room to expand their community spaces. They even took the craft room away and made it into an exercise room. So, there's no place but their teeny bistro -- which is very dirty and needs to be renovated -- to do crafts. There's only a theater and an all purpose room. The other thing was they didn't keep their community spaces all that clean. Then, the food was horrible. They just had changed chefs and the chef that they have now had been there before and everybody was excited. They thought the food was going to be so much better, but it's not.

My mom is going to The Conservatory at Keller Town Center. It's a beautiful place, and the average age there is probably mid-80s. There's a lot for them to do if they choose to. Everybody seems very friendly, warm, and helpful. Most of the residents have to be vaccinated. If you're a visitor, you'd have to put a mask on and get your temperature taken.

I would highly recommend The Conservatory at Keller Town Center. They have a lot of good programs for the seniors there. They are close to Keller Town center. There's a little lake out there, and they actually stocked it with fish. So the men or women can go out there and go fishing. I was very impressed with that because my dad loves to fish. They do have a bus that will take the seniors up to Winstar Casino, and then they have little trips to the zoo, any functions or museums and things like that. They also have I think a 12 mile radius for the doctors appointments. I was greeted when I got there. My name was on the board: "Welcome, Dorothy!" I got a little gift package, and they had a special thing going down for seniors at the end of April. The staff said "you're more than welcome to come and see what we do." Even though they're socially distanced, they're starting to open up their dining facility. It was just really great. I did not try the food, but I have a neighbor whose mom lives there. They know she can't say enough how wonderful it is.

The Conservatory at Keller Town Center is excellent. It's a very nice upscale community that's extraordinarily well-designed and decorated. They provide three meals a day and the dining room is wonderful. The staff has treated me extraordinarily well. I'm living in a 2-bedroom and 2-bathroom apartment and the rooms are very nice. It has its own kitchen and I'm on the second floor overlooking the grounds. And they offer activities like various games, music, they're constantly doing something.

The Conservatory at Keller Town Center is excellent. It's a very nice, upscale place. It's got a wonderful dining room. They treat us extraordinarily well. They offer everything, like games, movies, and travel. They take you to the casino, and they are constantly doing things to keep you active. It's extraordinarily well designed and decorated. The rooms are very nice. The food is excellent and there's a good variety. We're very pleased with it. I'm living in a two-bedroom, two-bath apartment. It has its own kitchen and a dining area. I'm on the second floor overlooking the pool.

They have a lot going on at the Conservatory, they have planned activity like take the bus and go to a stage show, and some outdoor activities. The place is beautiful, it’s immaculate inside, and it has a beautiful dining room. I looked at the one bedroom and it was absolutely perfect, it has a shower with 2 benches, bathroom, bedroom, living room, dining room, and a little kitchen. They feed you two meals a day.

She is at the Conservatory at Keller -- very nice, very friendly, well-kept -- and the residents all look very happy. The rooms were very nice, very large, and spacious. It is a very nice restaurant-style dining. They have many activities scheduled, and they have different areas that they are all taking place in; it's very active.

It's very clean, the food is good, and it's just a nice place to live in. They have shuttle services for shopping, their own movie theater, a fitness center, beauty salon, and a very nice dining room. They offer programs for games and lots of different activities. The staff is terrific. They are all friendly and helpful. My aunt's room is big enough for her, and The Conservatory at Keller Town Center has pretty much everything that she needs.

My friend is at the Conservatory; this is the best one I have ever seen, and you don't even have to buy into it. It is just very well-run, they have tons of activities, it is furnished beautifully in the common places, and the food is really good. They have activities there, plus they go on all kinds of field trips and stuff. Too bad I can't go there, but most of my kids don't live anywhere near there. My friend is very happy there, and I don't blame her.

The Conservatory is very clean, and it is filled with artwork. It was very nice and very impressive. It's just that it is a high-rise, and you couldn't have a cottage. You can have a garage though. My husband is very interested in a garage. The staff was very professional. We talked with the residents and other staff members. It was like a luxury hotel, but we wanted a cottage instead. It's just not what we wanted.

The conservatory was very nice. The people were very knowledgeable. It was just probably a little too upscale for my dad, but we liked it. It’s upscale but very reasonably priced. The staff was really nice, and the rooms were big. I think they have the one-bedroom rooms for $2600. There were washers, dryers, a hot tub, and a pool. We recommended it to our mother. This was more her style.

The Conservatory is beautiful. It looks like a modern, elegant hotel, and it carries that feeling all the way through. The general areas are elegantly decorated with beautiful arc, they have lots of organized activities, a gym with trainers that come twice a day, game rooms, a theater that shows old movies and new movies, and they even have historians who come in. They have a bus that takes you anywhere for what you need, to doctors and shopping. The bus service is free on scheduled trips, but if they take you to the doctor, you have to schedule that by appointment. They have a 2-bedroom and 1-bedroom, but both of those have a living room and a nice kitchen with granite countertops, lovely stainless steel appliances, electric stove, big refrigerator, pantry, and a space for your own washer and dryer. They have a garage or a car port open parking if you have your own car. They have a nurse who comes and prepares your medication. Every apartment has its own little patio, a little seating space outside. It's a little bit expensive for just average people. I think it would may be out of reach for some people. They require $2,500 application fee. I believe their lowest apartment is $2,700 thereafter with everything included it has all of your utilities and internet to the room, but you have to pay for it yourself. It has telephone service to your room, which you have to pay also.

Our children chose The Conservatory for us. They convinced us to look, and we like it a lot. It is like a resort. Part of the reason we like it so well is because the staff is nice, helpful, and friendly. We have an apartment. It is a downsize from living in a house, but it is a two-bedroom apartment, and it's going to be all right. Two meals a day are provided, and the food is excellent. They have activities like fitness classes and crochet.

The amenities are really well thought-out. The theatre is actually very nice and my fiance and I have seen several movies there simply because it was free to us and a nice way to see her grandparents. The spa and pool are always clean as are the gym and the recreation center. On of our deciding factors (my fiance and I) when choosing The Conservatory was that it was located close to us and near the Town Sq. so we new we could visit and that the grandparents would have entertainment at the town square if we couldn't visit (free daily shuttle going to the Town Sq. from The Conservatory). I know that my fiance's grandparents have not been pleased with previous assisted living centers in the past, but they have always said that they are very happy with The Conservatory's staff and entertainment options. The staff have always been courteous when I have observed them and I've never heard any negative comments from the grandparents. The cost certainly isn't cheap and cost is really the only negative I have, but its ABSOLUTELY worth it and I'd spend the money again in a heartbeat if/when my parents required additional care like my fiance's grandparents already do. You simply can't put a price on the people who cared for you.
