I visited this facility

I toured The Solana Preserve Vintage Park, and it was awesome. It was amazing. It just wasn't what we needed. I physically went in and I spoke with Sierra but we didn't go very far other than the lobby, the eating area, and the little bar area because sitting and talking with her, we realized that what my mom needed, the facility wasn't going to suffice, unfortunately. They were all very friendly, mild-mannered when you were speaking with them, very easy to talk to, eager to help, wanted to make sure that they were trying to find a way to meet my parents' needs, I thought that was great. It's beautiful. It's like a higher-end hotel. It looks like an amazing facility. It looks very nice when you walk in, it's very nicely decorated, and you're greeted by a nice person at the front desk. It's very bright.

I visited this facility

The Solana Preserve Vintage Park was very nice and they were informative. The apartments were very nice, they had balconies, and their dining area was beautiful. They have good chefs, and the food is supposed to be excellent. We weren't there at mealtime, so we didn't see, but we have heard about the food they have like steaks and lobsters. They had all kinds of activities like arts and crafts. They have a nail salon and hair salon. My friend's main complaint was that the common areas were crowded.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My brother is currently in The Solana Preserve Vintage Park, and it is very good. They are very attentive to you. They have a 1-bedroom unit and a 2-bedroom unit. They have what they call an emergency bell. If you don't ring it by 10:30 in the morning, they would come and check on you. The place is very neat, and it's very nice. They have a bingo night, and they have a dance night. They have swimming pools, and they have what they call the man cave (where men can go build things). They have a hair salon. They have a therapy room, just in case you need therapy. The staff know you by name. They know the visitors that come in regularly by name. They have ping-pong, and billiards.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My parents live at The Solana Preserve Vintage Park. Everybody says they've got great food, but my parents moved in there during the pandemic, so it's kind of hard to say. They've been there during the pandemic and got COVID. They have great activities prior to COVID. The staff is very nice. It's clean, it's just that maintenance wise, it wasn't built well, but that comes from the perfectionist who just moved in. They have some limited activities. They have live music once a month, and they have Bridge. One of the reasons my parents lived there is they have a pretty high ratio of men to women. When I made calls in June, there was like a 3:1 ratio of women to men, and a lot of places had a 5:1 ratio.
