Our mother has been very happy at Anthology of Tanglewood and the staff is very kind and attentive to her and her needs. She truly enjoys her suite/ apartment with a kitchen area including a full-size refrigerator, sink and microwave with lots of storage. The management has been supportive in the maintenance of her unit and in her satisfaction while living here. We are thankful Mom is adjusted and happy at Anthology of Tanglewood and that she is able to attend regular services weekly at Second Baptist Church, with a courtesy drive to and from the campus. The director of nursing and AL staff have been attentive to her care and keeping her involved and in good health. We are all thankful that she is able to enjoy her life as she is able with the supportive care and services provided by Anthology of Tanglewood’s Staff.

Anthology of Tanglewood was located in the part of the town where it's easy to get to. I liked that their staff was welcoming and thorough. I loved just the bright and modern look of it, lots of open air, green spaces, and places to gather. But they didn't have the bars down the hall and the building was 8 stories high. I met some of the residents there and they were friendly. They had good activities going.

I took three tours of Anthology of Tanglewood. Overall, I was very impressed with the fact that it is kind of small and intimate. You get more of a feeling of a family or a home. It's not big. I got to meet most of the staff that would be caring for my client, and I was very impressed with them. They were all very friendly. There are very few residents there right now, and they seem to interact with them on a one-on-one basis. The rooms are not that large, but they're very nice. The bathrooms are very well equipped with very large showers, which makes it easier to assist somebody with their bathing. They have a wonderful common area living room-type setting, and then a dining room where there's a full-sized refrigerator and snacks for the residents at all times. The first time I went there, a couple of the residents were finishing their lunch meals, but I was told that the caregivers eat their meals with the residents, so it's more like a sit-down family-type meal setting, and I was very impressed with that. If they needed physical therapy, they have that available, too. They have a salon and a gym area that the residents can use. They have several large common areas. There's a balcony area where you can sit outside. It's a relatively new place, so everything is nice, fresh, and new. All the staff were available to answer questions that I had.

Anthology of Tanglewood was a nice place. The room was pretty nice and the price was reasonable. The people were friendly and it was clean. They had an outside area and a restaurant for the residents to use.

I moved out after almost five years. In the beginning, this was a great place. Now, the management, maintenance, dining room service and amenities are so poor. The engagement activities are pitiful and the rent keeps going up. There is no guest parking. Do not move here unless you like to hear lots of complaining from emotionally distressed residents.

I'm staying in Anthology of Tanglewood. The facility is very nice, the staff is very nice and cooperative, and I really like my room. They have good activities here and I like them. I'm in a wheelchair and they have video games, which is really nice for me because I'm unable to get around. I have a scooter but it's still hard to get around. They have a lot of things that are virtual which is nice. They have art classes which I love. They have someone who comes in and teaches about technology and I love that. We have something new here, a clinic that does occupational therapy and physical therapy so that's great. I love the facility and the apartments are very nice. I have a very nice apartment, it's just what I wanted. It's hardwood floors, it has a complete kitchen with everything stainless steel, it's all topnotch, I really enjoyed it. I have a glass door shower, it's just wonderful. I'm in a wheelchair and have plenty of space to move around here.
