Holiday Camelot was nice. If you want assisted living, the housing is still the same. It's just you would have to pay extra for the assisted part to have somebody come in and check on you. What I like best is that they come once a week and clean the room. They give three meals a day and a snack at 8:00 at night if you want one. They have entertainment pretty much throughout the day, weekly. They have a lot of friendly people. It's a very nice layout, but my uncle didn't like being confined inside a block or a wall around the unit. If he has to go out on his own, it's not centralized to go anywhere because there's nothing around there really. The staff were good people. We had lunch there and it was good and warm. We had lunch and we had choices. The service was well. They had people come and check in on our drinks if we needed refills. The facility was nice. It was under construction. They were redoing all the carpets and painting. It's really big, comfortable, and easy for the seniors living there to be able to get around and not bump into each other because it's wide open.

I toured Holiday The Camelot. I liked that it was a community setting, so everything was just in one building. All of the amenities and everyone that we came in contact with were great. The rooms were nice. The pricing is very affordable in comparison to other places. We like that it's independent living, but you can add on extra care needs.

My mom moved into Holiday the Camelot, and she likes it. They have a lot of activities. The food is good. It is beautiful for my mom. I don't have to worry about it as far as transportation. The staff is good. They're very hospitable, helpful, and seem to be patient. I love their food. They have exercise, yoga, a theater, movies, and a pool table. My mom is doing pretty good interacting with people. The only thing we don't like is that they can't wash their clothes at any time of day because housekeeping uses the washing machine. I like their system of serving, which seems very military.

Holiday The Camelot was a nice place. They would provide 3 meals a day in a restaurant type of atmosphere. They had a lot of activities and stuff to keep people occupied, like card games and entertainment. Sometimes, people would come in and play the piano. We saw at least 50 or 60 residents there that were highly functioning, smiling, and happy. It looked like it was a beneficial place for someone who has no one or is alone now and needs a little companionship. We looked at 2 apartment units. There was a microwave, a sink, and a private bathroom. Once a week, they would come in and change the sheets and clean the apartment a little bit. If you have a car, you could park there and they would not charge you a monthly parking fee. The staff that we met during the tour was very kind, gave us all the information that we needed, and spent some time with us. They even invited us to have lunch there with them, and the food was good. The day that we were there though, the meat was a little chewy, but the salad was great. The veggies were a little overcooked, but it was edible.

I liked Holiday The Camelot. I liked the facility. I liked the openness of their dining area, and it seemed warm and inviting. They have an orchard in the back. I liked the security. You could walk around to the back and not be worried about some knucklehead coming to beat you up or something. There are a lot of knuckleheads in that area of Hemet. The room was nice, but what I didn't like was the amenities they had in the room, like the kitchen, there wasn't much there compared to the others. I had an opportunity to eat there, and I thought the food was good.

I moved into Holiday The Camelot for a 3-month contract. So far, it's been very nice. The people are very polite and respectful, and you get your money's worth, that's for sure. The place is clean and safe, which is important to me. It has lots of activities, and we have a great activity director. The food is very good. We get a choice of menus and they try to accommodate the best they can during the meal service. It's a comfortable place to be. They have bus transportation that takes you to doctor's appointments or to Wal-Mart to go grocery shopping. My room is a 1-bedroom apartment. I have a living room, a refrigerator, a microwave, and lots of cabinet space. There is a beauty parlor here, a barber shop, a library, and an exercise room. We have movies every night and they serve everybody popcorn. We have a lot of people come in for entertainment. We have a group of doctors come once a week. They spend about an hour with each resident, which I appreciate.

The manager at Holiday the Camelot was very professional and very informative in showing me around. I thought it was very clean and taken care of. I liked a lot of things about it and I was very impressed with it. They had a pool table room, a theater room, a swimming pool, and an area in the entrance where people were playing cards. They have a bunch of activities there that you can sign up for and go to.

We went to Holiday The Camelot. My mother-in-law liked the layout with the little gardens inside. We liked that it was a little more independent where the room had a little kitchenette, that she could cook if she wanted to, as well as having the provided meals. Having the pager in case she falls was a real plus for us because she has a falling tendency. They had a nice selection of crafts, and we saw some people who were doing adult coloring. They said they had poker games and Bridge games and all sorts of stuff. It seems like she would have a lot to do. We looked at the one-bedroom and the studio. They had a small library and it had books and magazines and then also videos. The staff during the tour was very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very patient with dealing with the questions from the three of us because my husband and my mother-in-law were both Facetiming in, and then I was there live. He was very accommodating, which also gives you a good feeling. As we were walking around, residents were walking around as well and he knew everyone onsite by name. It makes you feel like it's an inclusive area where they're going to get to know you. There were a couple of areas that looked kind of narrow for the wheelchair to get through.

I toured Holiday The Camelot. It's very nice, physically on the outside it looks like a castle. Everybody is very friendly, the place is very clean, and the residents were moving about, talking to each other. It seems like a very nice place. The staff was very helpful, they wanted to make sure I felt comfortable. They had a pool, they had a salon, and a snack bar. They had a bus that would take you to the mall and help you with little errands and things. The apartments were very functional. They didn't have a kitchen but everyone had their own baths, and there was a mini bar area with a mini fridge. So basically, you're meant to use the dining room, but you can have a microwave and make your own snacks. This community is incredibly helpful and very caring.

My husband likes Holiday The Camelot. He's independent living with a caregiver. He's become more active and more independent on his own, and he seems to be doing pretty good. I like it because it gives a person with disability a chance to be able to feel more independent. I think once they see others there that are progressing, (instead of just laying in bed), it tends to give them a more positive attitude and encouragement in their disabilities and be able to do more for themselves. They have different activities that go on there. They also have seniors that are not disabled that live there. They have their meals every day. They don't have to cook. They don't have to clean their room, and they do not have to do the laundry. They enjoy it there. They have three course meals every day. They have music, and they have a dog park. They offer studios, one-bedrooms, and two-bedrooms. If they want their loved one to stay with them, they're able to because they offer a two-bedroom. If somebody is disabled, I think it's a very good opportunity for them to be able to advance. I would recommend it. My husband's happy. He's doing very well, and he tries really hard. He has all his stuff there, and he enjoys it. He's not so secluded from the world. He's open to go outside in his scooter. The staff is very, very helpful and very friendly. They have their own maintenance there. If anything that should arise, they're on it. The food is excellent. They have menus where they can choose from. They have coffee and tea. They have dinner, lunch, and breakfast. The staff members that serve them are very nice to them. They know everybody by their name. They are out there all the time. If something should arise, they have full contact with the emergency services. They cater to the disabled. They have disability opening doors. They have security. They have gates that lock at night at 8:00. They have a full swimming pool with jacuzzi. It's kept up all the time. The facility is very, very clean and very homey. It's a very nice place. They offer refrigerator, vanity, and showerheads in the apartments. They have the regular carpet cleaning. They replace the carpets. They replace the flooring, and the rooms are fully painted. The lower level has balconies, and they have a sliding door, which they can go and sit outside with table and chairs.

The courtesy and the cleanliness of Holiday The Camelot was everything we wanted. I met with Julia who was at the front desk, but she also took us on the tour. We saw a studio, some alcove studios (which were a little bigger) and a one-bedroom. They were all beautiful. They went over the pricing right then and there that day and that was great, as we were still looking into our budget. We enjoyed it a lot. It was spotless. They have a pool, a salon, and a game room, and I walked by a library.

I chose Holiday The Camelot. I like the overall appearance of it. It's really cute, and it looks like a castle on the outside. They have a beautiful pool. The dining room is nice, big, and open. They have three chef-prepared meals a day. I got a one-bedroom apartment, and it's very suitable for me. It opens out onto a patio, and it's the ground floor, which was very important to me because I have a small dog. I talked to some other residents, who said they love the food there. I haven't moved in yet, but I'm excited, and I think I will love it.

When I visited The Camelot, the first thing that stood out to me is the staff. They were very welcoming and warm. They felt like you were with family as soon as you walked in the door. They treated you like family. It felt like they wanted you there. They would do anything they could to help you and to make you feel comfortable there, no matter what the situation was. To me, the most amazing thing was the staff. The facility itself was also very, very nice. It was clean and well-kept. They met her needs. Anything that we mentioned that that she needed, they were like "Oh yeah, we can handle that." The biggest thing to me was the staff. They were absolutely amazing. Because they were serving lunch at the dining room, we had their dessert. It was really, really good.

We chose The Camelot for my dad because of the price, the location, and the people there seem to be very friendly and helpful. It's independent living, but they have a third-party onsite that does assisted living in the facility (if you need that service). What I'm not a fan of, is that they seem to be a little bit short-staffed. If the people who live there need help or if I have questions, it seems like it's hard to get help. If I have questions about something, I have to call like during regular business hours, which is a challenge for me because I work. I need to talk to them, and I am still trying to figure out when I might be able to do that. They have a calendar of activities, and I've used their washer and dryer. I think it's a pretty good deal for the money.

The Camelot was very clean, and I think the staff was very involved with the people that live there, which was very nice. I like the idea that they had many groups doing activities. Their dining room was set up to where the people got choices, and I thought that was very nice. It was a very nice experience. They had a nice little library, and it felt more like a resort as opposed to senior living. They had art going on, they were doing pictures, and they had games. They weren't there when we were there, but I know that they did bingo and that kind of thing. There were different groups doing different things. Everybody seemed to know each other and was happy. I thought it was very clean and it was easy to get around.

I would recommend The Camelot above all. It was so beautiful. It used to be a wealthy timeshare before when it was first built but then converted to a senior home. It's very posh. The money was just a little bit too expensive. They had very nice rooms. They had a kitchenette and a balcony. The gentleman who showed us around was very kind, very friendly, and professional. It looked like a hotel when we first walked in. It had a lobby and a fireplace. It was pet-friendly too.

We toured The Camelot. We actually signed a contract with them, and then after going and spending time with my mother-in-law again, we realized there's no way that she could stay there. She's ninety-eight years old, and her mind is deteriorating to the point where she would be so confused -- she gets confused in her own home -- that we felt if we took her into a new place with new people, it would be too much for her; she wouldn't be able to cope at all. They were excellent. They were very nice. They were very welcoming and they explained everything. They were understanding. I canceled an appointment once before I went and then I rescheduled, and they were very patient. They weren't very happy when I told them before the three days that I was not going to follow through and that we changed our mind. I got a little attitude there, which I guess is understandable. But as far as the tour and showing me the place, the facilities were good, and everybody was very, very friendly. They only have independent living.

The Camelot didn't have the quality of amenities like the other places I've seen. For instance, it looked like a horseshoe pitching area that was just on a piece of dirt. It just didn't have the overall finished look. I had very little interaction with the staff during my visit. The fellow showed me an apartment that was close by, and, maybe because of the COVID, they're not allowed to show people much of anything. He showed me a vacant place. It's an odd-looking facility, of course, because it's made to look like a castle. When you also come into the main area, there's something there that just kind of destroys the open feeling, because they've got it kind of walled off. Camelot seemed to be behind walls more than the other ones I've seen. The lobby looked OK though. It looked very neat but I really didn't see much of it. The staff showed me one room in the independent living. It was neat and clean, but out on the terrace, I could see water gathering or something. I bet water comes through that if it's going to rain, but I guess, if there's a problem, they'll take care of it. Location-wise, they have some very attractive buildings there, but it's not the best part of town. Outside, they have a great big open place. They probably own it, they just haven't developed it yet. There's a big dirt area that's within their fences.

Beautiful place to live, covered free parking, lawns and orchard for walking, pool and jacuzzi. Caring staff, on site home care. Lots of activities and entertainment. Superior care during Covid 19. I'm happy with the food. Great call device included.

The Camelot looks like a big castle. I didn't like it that much because of the atmosphere; I didn't get a good vibe from that place. The rooms were OK, and the dining area was right upfront. The rooms were too far away, and my mom won't like walking two miles to get to the dining room. It also has lots of hallways. We had a good walkthrough and saw their activities. They can get their prescriptions, go to the grocery store, and they also have theater trips; there were so many things to do. The staff was really friendly. We just walked in off the street, so we didn't really have an appointment, but they even followed up with a phone call.

I was at The Camelot for two years. It was great and we really enjoyed it. It was excellent. Everybody stepped up. Nothing but great things to all of them. The staff members were great. They would really go out of their way and do everything they could to make it a really nice environment for everybody. Staff wise, it was a very caring place. The food was one of my main concerns. It could have been a little bit better, but it was a lot better than most. The place was beautiful. There were coloring groups, different board games and card games. There was plenty for everybody to do. Activities were very nice. I would highly recommend The Camelot.

The Camelot was very nice, and we don't have negative things to say about it. The dining room, entrance, and first floor are all remodeled beautifully. They don't have additional things on the premises, like you could have companies come in and you could pay for nursing care and so-on. The staff is nice, they try to be very helpful, and the staff member we dealt with and the people were friendly. That gave us a good impression of the place. The food is also very good. They have Bible studies, a library, and a salon, and so on.

The Camelot is more beautiful than the other community I saw. It's more expensive but well worth it. If I have the money, I would go there. I can't afford it, though. The Camelot was great. It was a good place. We like the rooms. I also like the dining room. It's like a social area, and it's very nice. Then they have a theater where the seniors could watch movies. They also have a library where you could drink teas. They have a book club, a movie theater, and bingo.

I really liked The Camelot. My only objections to it were that it was out very far, and there wasn't anything else out there but the facility. There weren't any stores, and shopping was not there. The facility itself was extremely nice, and I enjoyed my meal and the decorations. They also had a pool which was just the right size, which I like. They also had a Jacuzzi which was something I really wanted. It was an excellent facility outside or inside. There were no smells, people were doing things and appeared to be enjoying themselves, the overall community seemed really pleasant, and I really like the inside very much. The actual rooms were about the same size as in other facilities, but the cost was also reasonable.

I am very pleased at the Camelot and also very pleased with their services. The price is less than the others, costing under $2,000. They have the same services that others offer at a higher price. They offer meals, Life Alert, and apartment cleaning once a week as well as changing the beds. I have some physical disability because of my hip and these are things that I am able to use that have helped me a lot. The halls are really wide, which is why I like this facility. Everything is really convenient and provided here.

The Camelot is an excellent place. The food is phenomenal, the rooms are very nice, and the people are very nice. It has all the amenities you could possibly want, from a small gym, to bingo, to popcorn and movies every day. There is a huge dining room that feels just like eating in a restaurant. It is a great place to live for anybody. They provide three meals a day; everything is included, and the price is right. There is a beautiful swimming pool. It is an exceptional place.

We moved my mom to Camelot. We liked everything about it, it was near to my brother, so he's able to go see my mom every day. My mom had a studio; we thought it was small, but it still met her needs. I used to be at The Camelot, and it is an independent living retirement community. When I first went there, the food was pretty good, but it kept going downhill. The place is beautiful, and it looks like a castle on the outside. They have a lot of decorations as you go in to the lobby, office area, and so on. As you go through the door, you see these 2 big sets of armors, like knights, on either side of the door. It was too expensive for me, and they went up on my rent; I couldn’t pay it once it went up. They can improve the food, and they had laundry rooms for us, but the housekeepers used them all day every day during the week, and we'd get them after 4:00 or on weekends. Then, everybody was going, so you took time working your way in. They accepted pets.

The Camelot is a nice place, and my only complaint of it is that it didn't have cooler air. Air-conditioning was pretty hot. Everything else was nice, and the people were nice. They had some TV watching, lectures, and card games going on. The food was good, and the dining area was very nice and pretty full. It's open seating, so you can sit anywhere you want to, and the service was good.

Actually, I only went to the one I thought my mom would really like, and that’s The Camelot. Inside, the place is great, and it’s like a dream come true for my mom. It’s living like King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table, so it’s awesome for anybody who has ever dreamt of that, which my mom has. It’s peaceful and quiet. They have a huge community, and it seemed really nice. It’s just that my mom refuses to accept that her sight is not coming back, and she refuses to go. The rooms were nice, big, and comfy, and they have different sizes -- studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedrooms. And for the pricing, considering all your food, utilities and rent, and everything else is included, they’re very reasonably priced. The staff was very friendly. I would like to live there myself.

My mother-in-law is living in The Camelot. The place is very clean and nicely laid out inside, though the inside is kind of weird. It’s like a castle and beautiful. It has lots of public areas and different areas for people to gather and talk or play games. The food is decent. It is not great, but it is good. The cleanliness is the most important part. It does not have that stink like some of these places have. She is happy there. Plus, they have an on-site nursing group that provides any additional care for folks that need assistance which is nice. It is an a la carte thing instead of a straight price, so you can choose which from them and that helps with the expenses.

The inside of The Camelot looks like a castle with really pretty lights, a grand staircase in the middle, and a really nice dining room. They had one- and two-bedroom apartments and studios. They had housekeeping once a week, and they wash and change your bedding and towels. Three meals a day are included in the rent. Everybody is really friendly and do what they can to help you. They have lots of different things to do to entertain you, like sing-alongs, cards, different crafts, and beanbag baseball where you throw the beanbag to the ceiling and it goes back and forth from the different bases, and it’s a lot of fun. They have a mother and daughter tea on Sunday upstairs and ice cream socials at an ice cream bar there.

The Camelot was a very nice place with very friendly people. It had lots of activities. They had their own citrus orchard, so you could go and pick your oranges. The staff was very friendly and very clean-looking. We saw the one-bedroom and two-bedroom units, and they were quite spacious and very nice. It had a kitchenette, but then three meals were covered for a day, so you did not need a kitchen. They had enough entertainment, then they would take you to town, if you needed to go. If somebody lived in the Camelot, which belonged to the Holiday Complex all over the United States, they could go anywhere there is a Holiday Retirement Home, stay for a maximum of one-week visit, free of charge. That sounded interesting. Also, you did not have to pay any entry fee.

The Camelot was a bit smaller, but it looked quite good. I took a quick tour of it, and it was well appointed and clean. I met some of the staff people, and they seemed to be topnotch. I had one meal there, and the food was good. I was pleasantly surprised. They had lots of activities. They also had a nice orchard on the grounds, so there's quite a large place for people to just go walking or walk their dogs.

I visited The Camelot, and I had lunch there. It was all very nice. The food was excellent. The dining room was set up nicely, and it was fine. I wanted to live there because I had relatives that lived near there. The rooms were fine. The decor was not according to my taste if I were decorating, but it was OK. I would not have a bit of complaint. They seemed to have all the social recreations. There were a lot more than what I would participate in. However, they could add more outings or bus trips. I would be glad to live there if somebody would pay my bill.

I visited The Camelot. They only offer independent living, they don't have the other two levels of service. The staff's work attitude was very good. The food was good.

I visited Camelot. I really liked that, and I thought she would really like it too, but I don't know if she will go in there or not. I really liked Camelot, and the people were very nice. I thought it is a very nice place. It is probably the lowest in the whole area for what it is, but it is still a lot of money to put out once a month for my sister-in-law. I like just the way it was situated. I like the apartment living situation and the décor. It was just a nice place, and the people were very nice. I like the people that we talked to because they were very friendly and very nice.

I was treated very well during the visit. As matter of fact, they’ve called me quite often to see how things are going. The staff was friendly. They were informative and were very accommodating. They had a swimming pool, an exercise room, a common dining room area, and planned activities. The Camelot had a good atmosphere; it just wasn’t the type of thing for me, but it was clean and well lit. They seemed to be on top of everything.

I had found The Camelot, but I would not be moving until next year. I was familiar with the area. I was familiar with the people that live there. I used to live out that way, and there were a lot of my friends from church there. It was a very good community. I had very good facilities. I liked it very much. They had a full staff. They had exercise equipment. They had games. They had a big dining hall. They had two meals a day. They had housekeeping once a week where they change your bed, your linen, clean your bathroom and bedroom. They do excursions. They had a bus that would take you to the doctor or where you need to go within the radius of the city, and they take you to church on Sunday. The environment was very friendly and very clean. It had a beautiful landscape. It had orchard in front, and it looked like a castle.

Everything at The Camelot is beautiful. It is like a luxury hotel. Everything looks spotless. With the whole environment itself, it looks like a castle. The set-up of the dining room is gorgeous. It is set up like a hotel dining room. I dined there when my stepmother moved in. They have a separate dining room for guests. We all had dinner the day we moved her in and they didn't charge for it. The food was very good.

The Camelot was nice. I'm on their list so that I would get invited to some of their activities, like ice cream social. I also had been to a couple of luncheons there and the food was generally pretty good. The staff seemed nice and approachable. Their rooms were nice and very expensive. I couldn't afford them. The dining room was very nice. I sat with a couple of residents there and they were nice. They did have a lot of activities. They have exercises for their residents, a beauty salon, an orange grove where people can get free oranges. My husband and I went there when there was a doctor speaking and you could ask him questions. They have a little van that takes them places. One nice thing about them is their chain is all over the U.S. So if you would like to take a vacation, say in Florida, if they have an empty space there, you can stay there for free.

We moved my mother into The Camelot last week and we're happy with everything. The facility is well taken care of. We have no problem with the rooms there. My mom particularly likes the dining room. There are several factors that we like about this facility but we especially like the price. It is just right for us.
